The people that work at this garage are very rude and are not helpful at all very disappointed with the shell service

Shouldn't be advertising toilet facilities if there isn't one. I'm 7 months pregnant, the guy was nothing but rude, no customer service whatsoever, you should interview your staff more. Why are the sfaff always rude in these petrol stations!

Jet wash is disappointing. Water pressure is poor, making it a longer experience than necessary. Takes forever to get the shampoo off. The spot-free rinse button is not even there, so you end up with watermarks dried on after. First World problems, I know, but won't be returning.
