I know the NHS is under strain, and that includes pharmacies too but there is no excuse to be putting that on patients that just want to know the score , I don?t need to be told 3 times you have 1500 prescriptions to get through . The prescription says up to 10 days and you are saying 14 days so how am I to know . The sign says rudeness to staff is not tolerated, the same should apply both ways, I am not hard of hearing, the volume of your voice doesn?t need to be at Max, I?m not unintelligent so I don?t need to be spoken to like I am not understanding and I am most definitely not a nuisance for asking questions on how too collect medication I have requested.

Fabulous service. The doctor had mistakenly sent my prescription to an old address - the pharmacist swiftly sorted the issue - he updated my preferred pharmacy, reissued and filled my prescription. Fantastic.

Really great and helpful staff. A couple of times when I have struggled to get an appointment or speak with a doctor about important health related things I have spoken to one of the pharmacists with great success. They are absolutely amazing.

Started using Chase Pharmacy a few months ago and have had no problems since.Prescriptions are always ready to collect, queue moves quickly, plenty of parking and the staff are friendly and pleasant.

I've been using this pharmacy for years and have always found the staff super helpful, accomodating and a lovely bunch of people... The pharmacists know their stuff and I've avoided the doctors a few times by seeking their advice instead. Thanks team!

Of course I?m going to give chase pharmacy all the stars as I work there! I just wanted to reply to the gentleman that left the negative feed back from 3 weeks ago. I am one of the people that ?press medicines? although we don?t actually press any medicines! You may have had to wait in a queue, unfortunately with the situation at the moment we are only allowing 3 people in at a time. We have to abide by the regulations regarding covid to keep customers and staff safe. It is out of our control if one of those customers has a query with their medication or they may need to speak to the pharmacist. Until that person leaves the shop another can not come in.We work and have been working ridiculous hard during this time and we do our best not to keep people waiting. I?m sorry that you feel let down by us but I can assure you we are all doing our best in this situation.

Sometimes I think that people that work there are pressing the medicines like in 1890 that's why there's 12 people on avarage in the que in - 4 degrees with kids. Speed it up ffs
