Have used these for a few years now as my friend use to work there. Always pretty cheap but sadly last year I caught them out. They kept telling me my car had a small oil leak so eventually I booked this in with them. I dropped it off with them around 9am and was told I?d get a phone call to let me know what they found. Fast forward to half 4 in the afternoon not a thing no phone call nothing so after trying to get hold of them with no success I went up there only to find the car still sitting where I had left it. The guy on the desk looked shocked to see me walk in and gave me a load of excuses. Since then I?ve taken it elsewhere only to find there never was an oil leak like they had claimed Very disappointed but I won?t go back there again

Called in today at MOT World with a noise in my car. They looked at it really quickly and identified the problem. They gave me reassurance that I was safe to carry on driving and I was able to get into work to run my clinic. They are very kind, knowledgeable and professional. Did the job. Car got its mot after they got work required for mot done. Good communication. I had to pay full price for mot as not all availability was showing on website but fortunately I had called them to ask if they had any other spaces which they had.
