I have made numerous calls to the Hedge End branch and not once has it been answered. I called the head office and listened to a ridiculous message that they are abiding by social distancing guidelines on the phone and not taking calls. WTAF!

Ordered a kitchen, assistant planned it wrong had to replan the kitchen after delivery myself. Part missing unable to get parts. Despite offering to give the dimensions of the built-in cooker to the planner, he said they were all the same, when came to fit it the doors wouldn't fit. When spoke to the store, they suggested I cut the top off the door. When I had to change some of the units because of their error, they refused to give the discount, I should have been given, they said I changed the plans. Absolute disgraceful. Also during delivery they struggled a little to get the pallet in so the put the cardboard boxes on the floor. So the kitchen costs more than it should've been, I am left with a corner unit they will no take back and a door. Don't buy off these, they don't respond to complaints.

Went to b and q. I'm a cash person and don't believe in passing on all my details on card and also only own 1 card. Hate going there at the best of times but on this occasion had no choice. Went to pay to be greeted by at least a dozen card only payments. Only 1 till for cash. There must have been about 20 people waiting to pay by cash. I asked if they could open another till so the que could be less. Their answer NO company policy. I asked what is the percentage of cash versus card transactions and he said 50 50. So why are they forcing you to pay by card. My cash is still legal as far as I know. Obviously more people willing to pay cash than card and the que shows that as all the card machines were empty. If this is the case I will not be going back easily. I usually go to wickes that is cash and card on all tills and no waiting around. This is the way it should be so boycotting from now on.

Their website doesn't work. The form to report that the website doesn't work, doesn't work. The Polish version of the website(Castorama) doesn't work for the exact same reason.They claim "Please check your network connection and try again", but there's nothing wrong with my network, just their website.Their web developers are, apparently, as low quality as their own-brand tools.

Buyers beware we had our whole bathroom done & purchased bath from B&Q one supplied from PGL the side bath panel was the wrong size & so we asked for a replacement 5 panels later & emailing the CEO still have wrong size there answer we will refund the panel! so we will have a bath with no panel DO NOT BUY FROM THUS COMPANY

Went to Thetford store in Norfolk, what a chore. 1 till open for cash and returns, other tills were self service (cards only), queues around the shop as customers waiting to be served by a human being! And that's a bank holiday weekend! WELL DONE B & Q safe to say I won't be returning any time soon.Get some tills back open. Talk about how to jar your customers off 3rd in queue waited over 20 to be mins served poor poor service.

Mis-selling and zero customer serviceBought a kitchen in 2022, was upsold expensive new style kitchen counters that needed a specific adhesive, then get a note before installation saying the adhesive is cancelled from my order - it had been discontinued nationally.complained around 6 times via online and phone - got nowhere. Complained to store I bought kitchen from - said to contact head office. Wrote a letter to head office - referred me back to store I bought it from. Manager at store I bought it from (Rod, Sydenham) said he?d speak to manager and get back to me - 1 month later, nothing and not picking up.All in - avoid B&Q and get your stuff from Wickes

Ordered a bed online. It was delivered 3 weeks ago. It was not as pictured. I requested a return.So far I have emailed 17 times, phoned several times. Been cut off twice, told to phone back, told they couldn?t help because it came via a third party.Twice I sat in all day waiting for it to be collected but they did not come.I messaged via messenger and was told they can?t help and to contact the third party. But they don?t respond.Meanwhile my daughter has no bed and is sleeping on the floor.This is the most appalling service I have ever received.I am warning all readers of this review to never use B&Q online.

I can't believe it I've just been in B &Q FESTIVAL PARK Stoke-on-Trent and I was so frustrated look for some plastic tubing for electric wires and this lovely mannered man asked me if I was OK and when I explained what I was looking for he went to such an extent to find me what I wanted because it looked like someone had mixed everything up it was so pleasant to go there again not like the last time about 3 years ago . By the way the name on his badge said Scott and it turned out that he was the manager. I will definitely start go going back there in future.

Shocking servicePlaced a delivery order, sent as three different deliveries.First, outsourced to a different company for product, arrived a week late and damaged, pre used.Second arrived a week late with half product opened and damaged.Third order, no delivery or update.Happy to have taken all the money though.Over two collective Hours on phone to customer service to no avail.This company is not to be trusted with any delivery order.

Shocking service won't ordering any items from there again paint came late from a third party company one tin was damaged all paint offered a 10% refund told them I wanted a new tin of paint spoke to b&q customer service shocking not interested my advice don't buy your paint online pick it up
