I was a bit concerned about using this shop after reading some of the negative comments but I needed to return a parcel via a local DHL Service Point, not an express drop-off. The man behind the counter was polite and very efficient, what more could I ask? Thank you.

Male owner of this shop is rude & arrogant, especially towards females. Speaks down to you, refuses to give you your parcels and tells you to come back the next day (even tho you?ve been notified by email to go and collect) because he?s ?busy? (no one else was in the shop) has some sort of comment to say to everyone that comes in, lot of people complain about him. Shame because the other members of staff are lovely. Once my other deliveries have come and been collected I will not order to this store again. I see lots of reviews similar to mine and suggest he just stops doing a postal service from his shop as he clearly can?t be bothered with it all.You?re causing the community upset and frustration.

I went to connect a parcel today and The old white guy in this shop said " I remember you...you stole a drink and 2 samosas from the shop" I did t see you do it a customer told me you did did it. This is highly embarrassing. He said this in front of a shop full of costomers. Someone should call me because I am Asian myself and I'd never steal from my own let alone anyone else.

Wouldn?t get your parcel?s delivery there. The old white guy was not helpful at all and very rude. I showed him the bar code and carrier that delivered the parcel, without even looking at my phone he goes ?no it?s not here? even tho the email said it was delivered there day before. I also witnessed him being rude to other customers and one one customer left the store he stated to mimic what the customer said in a very childish way. I would keep well away from this store!!!

Wonderful corner shop. I use it numerous times a week to send parcels with Evri and Yodel. There is a young man who works in the shop who is always smiley and friendly with my baby.I find it so convenient that I can collect my parcels from here as well as send them. I?ve met the owner numerous times, and he is charming and friendly and not afraid to get behind the till himself.

I had with Evri's parcel service at 15:20 today. The guy refused my parcel because of my parcel size. It is only 90cm x 20cm x 10cm. The reason is "We are no spaces". This is not the first time he refused my parcel. He is really rude, unhelpful and unfriendly. If you don't want to be a delivery point, talk to Evri please. Respect all of your customers please.

If you?re expecting to be treated here with the slightest of respect, don?t bother! The guy had to look for my parcel and he acted like he had to go down a mine and dig for it! My wife had the same treatment a couple of weeks ago because they couldn?t be bothered to process a parcel she was sending and she got the same treatment when she asked why!

If we could give this store a negative score for Yodel drop off then we would. We were told numerous times that Yodel was out of action. No real explanation given. I rang at one point, they said it was working and then when my sister arrived with the parcel, the new story was that the label printer had failed. If you advertise a service, then you should do you best to provide that service. Or just don't provide the service. :(

The old man was very rude to my daughter,she was trying to send a parcel back through E V R I he was very arrogant I am going to report the shop to EVRI Will never go in the shop again. Absolutely rubbish.
