This is a great gym for ladies of all ages. The friendly staff are always welcoming and helpful. I've been a member of many gyms over the years, but this one has given me the most pleasure, whilst getting fitter and stronger and I've visited here more times in 8 months than ever I did elsewhere!

Lovely ladies only gym. Warm friendly welcome by all the amazing staff. Great for toning and weight loss. Also does wonders for your mental health. Love this place
