Rude and bad experience in the store. Staff needs more training on how to talk to customers. They weren?t really helpful. Very disappointed.

service in shop was good but they do not answer the phone after ringing for 2 days with no answer on the phone number given to us in store i think it is terrible service we as a family have been with o2 through all the changes over 28 years they need to to be taught how to pick up the phone i tried to get sorted on line no success

Never ever go to 02 again. They are so terrible its just unbelievable. They scamming your money for nothing and expect me to pay (134 something pounds) for me to cancel contract when I suppose to just have a 2 year sim which I can change network anytime you want. Even Customers Service is even trash They can't be bothered to take or listen to my complaint. This company should never be exist. They even deleted my 02 account so I don't even check my bill. Plus This just suppose a rolling contract and it runs out every month and I can cancel at anytime. I can't. Bunch of liers and they can't just do their Job Properly. Will never go back to them ever again.

Waited for ages to be seen but that wasn't the issue as much as when we were finally seen we were given their customer service number and told to phone there. No willingness to actually help out.Phoned customer services and we were told to go to the store...Might as well have said we can't be bothered just switch network provider.Terrible service all around.A shame as been with O2 for years.

This store was selling low end phones that are £10-£40 more than the phone manufacturer itself. As a voxi customer that has an xioami product this place is not very welcoming as most phones are low end phones they didn't bother having the high end phones for 250GB most of them was 60GBI would recommend genuinely on looking at the phone manufacturer itself before going to any phone shop itself and never get caught up on their silly contracts. £300 is cheap for a high end phone for 250GB and dolby atmos speakers.And since I'm paying £12 for 20GB unlimited data on certain apps, unlimited text, unlimited picture text, unlimited calls what can't go wrong I love voxi especially since its pay as you go.I genuinely though don't see the whole point of a bad service provider O2 trying to sell low end phones that won't get much signal anyways.
