I went to the store today to swap over some items, I was served by young man who was absolutely amazing! Great customer service and found all the items I needed for my Daughter. Offered items for her to try on to ensure we?d the right sizes this time.Also very friendly ladies at the till as well who didn?t mind my ?attempts? to repackage the returning items! Excellent staff with great dedication to fitting out the kids. They manage the queue well, even with the pushy parents. If you leave buying school uniform to the week before term, expect to queue but expect their normal great service.

Went to get school uniform the only problem was the young girl that helped us was very quiet and we had to keep repeating questions and she didnt volunteer things like do u want to try on ,or different sizes ect another young girl joined in and this made the experience much better as she showed us the difference between certain clothes for us

We had to queue to get into the shop. Once inside, the member of staff was helpful, but the shop is small, so you feel you need to rush to allow others in. The uniform is very expensive, which seems unfair, as this is the only place to buy uniform for my child's school.

Uniforms are really good, but service I had in this shop is a tragedy,no help to choose right size at all,in every question I had an answer no.Just really rude service and I bought to big cardigan , because she never let me to open and have a look !now I have to come back and change it .
