After speaking with Gill on the phone and talking her through my travel needs it wasn't long until i received an email with various options available to me, all options meeting my requirements and at a very good price. Quick phone call back to Gill with my choice and everything is confirmed and booked and all documents received back by email.\\nWow what a service from Gill. Actually, I didn't end up using their services, principally since they provided some extremely honest guidance along the lines that the airline's own prices (BA Flight Sale) couldn't be bettered. I will therefore use them at another time, since they clearly deal very honestly & openly.
