“Was in there earlier in 2022 and went into the office to sort a bac payment to homeopath.A nice young lady took me into her office bit and was very helpful.We also had a chat about hypothyroidism we shared,as she recently acquired hers from having a child.Lovely lady-hold onto her,a credit to Lloyds.”

“Fareham Branch, Monday 4th September, spoke to Callum regarding a problem with an external ATM which had not delivered any money from its dispenser but had debited my account with the requested amount. He dealt with my problem efficiently and professionally, having fully understood the matter. A couple of phone calls and some online computer work later, he stated that the "dispute" should be sorted within 2-3 days. The reimbursed amount was credited to my account this morning - just one day after the representation to Callum. Excellent service and obviously pleased with the outcome. Thank you”
