“I needed a 10mm router cutter for intumescent strip. I gave Elliott's a call as they have a reasonable level of cutters in stock. A member of staff checked and confirmed that they had two variants of what I required! I arrived at my local branch headed to the tool section where the cutter was already for me to collect.Great service! An added bonus for us tool guys, they have probably the largest tool shop locally! Check it out!”
“Very helpful staff, however what I required said in stock online, but when I went to the store it was in stock at the supplier and had to be delivered, said free delivery but once in basket an extra £7.00 delivery charge was added and no way around it without buying additional pieces to bring total cost up, so had to settle for delivery charge.Better clarification on website is required.”
