Finally after 2 and a half months we have stair carpet and flooring on the landing!I would definitely NOT recommend carpetright store in Titchfield rubbish customer service the manager should be ashamed of the way we have been treated!

AJ was incredible, we?re first time home owners with an unfortunate run in with previous owners letting their cats use the carpets as litter trays, so it was definitely an unexpected cost we were given. However - AJ reassured us through the whole process, and understood we were after quality but our budget wasn?t huge and explained everything included in our price to us in great detail.Much appreciated and would recommend AJ and this branch!

I went to Carpetright in Segensworth, Fareham, wanting three rooms covered with different flooring and was really impressed with the service I received. A big thank you to AJ and Sharon who were so friendly and helpful. Even when I changed my mind twice on flooring types a couple of days later, I spoke to Lucy that time who was very accommodating in making sure I would be happy with the changes and finished results.I will be definitely using them again for other projects in the near future.

We went into Fareham?s Carpetright looking for a hard-wearing carpet for our bedrooms, stairs and landing ? and they had a great selection to choose from ? so much so that we found it difficult to make a choice! So we were really thankful to Sharon who was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and talked us through our ?shortlist? then worked out the price of each of our options. She was great! Tony also helped by adding some other suggestions that we hadn?t seen. Having chosen the carpet, surveyor Mark did his site visit/measure and he was very thorough, even managing to save us money on the shop estimate by configuring the best fit of room carpets out of the roll and suggesting we use the existing grippers because they were still in good condition. In summary, we had great customer service from the Fareham Carpetright team and would thoroughly recommend them.

We were looking to purchase a new carpet but weren?t sure of the best carpet.We visited Carpetright in Fareham and the sales lady Sharon, gave us really helpful advice answering all the questions without making us feel pressured. Nothing was too much trouble for her and whilst many sales people would have tried to push a sale, she was so very helpful with a very relaxed and approachable manner.We had been to a couple of other shops with similar styles of carpet but it was the sales approach from Sharon which gave us the confidence to make our purchase from Carpet right.Sharon was a credit to the company and I would look for her when buying another carpet.

We have been back to Tony at Carpetright Fareham numerous times to order carpets for our ongoing house renovation project and have always received exceptional service. We wouldn?t consider using any other company or branch for carpets as we get exactly what we want and it?s always very reasonably priced. A big 5 stars from us!
