“Was in the fareham store on Friday the 22nd and it was at the end of the day, me and my son had purchased some Halloween ornaments and we were served by a young gentleman, named Jacob, he was super Friendly and helpful, some bits I wanted didn't have prices, he went off and found everything for me, nothing was too much trouble and he wrapped everything up with care and was just so friendly and professional. Great customer service”

“Brilliant - I thoroughly recommend Davina's. I bought a mother of the bride outfit there in March 2020 just before lockdown. I received excellent courteous and helpful service. My daughter's wedding was postponed a year due to Covid in which time I lost nearly a stone in weight and therefore went down a dress size! On contacting Davina's again 15 months later they exchanged my outfit for a size smaller without a quibble. I was incredibly lucky and they were incredibly helpful. I am extremely grateful and wouldn't hesitate to go to Davina's again.”

“Better priced than a few years ago. My only iss ue is I find that I prefer to deal with the stores staff and manager team rather than the shop floor management staff. I wont make a purchase when certain shop floor staff are working, throwing there so called authority about to volunteers and un approachable attitude. But when the right staff are in or stock room staff are hovering about who are helpfull its a great place to shop”

A lady with short hair greeted me and was so helpful in sorting through my retuns and exhanges/stock checking for an exchange, went beyond great service and was super friendly. “My wife and I visited on the 1st May BH.The place was very interesting and the cafe / tearoom had lots little things look at.We arrived mid-afternoon it was quite quiet / peaceful, so we had some refreshments and we could take our time looking at each exhibit.It also has a lot of written information on the local area / history in its library room.Outside we wanderered around the lovely laid out garden with many flowers in bloom.”
