“Wow the gentleman was friendly and greeted me back. He then processed an energy voucher - which he did totally free of charge! Which these days is unheard of, even corner shops have minimum limit - but he was courteous and just processed them without any fuss or money - thank you! Excellent service! I'll try use the shop more - the excellent customer service makes it worth it!”

“This is not as busy as the Co Op across the square car park and is open late on a Sunday 7AM to 10PM unlike the Co Op 11AM to 5PM and sometimes the staff on Sunday do 11AM to 5PM the same time the Co Op across the square car park opens & closes 11AM to 5PM”

“Been going to this corner shop for a long time now, as it's one of the shops that isn't too far from me. Every time I go, the staff are incredibly friendly and it isn't messy.”

“Very useful for picking up those last minute items without having to go too far. Underground parking and additional, just across the road it is easy to reach from the surrounding estates.Stocking slightly more than the outlet on Gudge Heath Lane, this store has the advantage of the parking and trolleys for the larger shop.”

“Staff helpful and cheery. Has many facilities, post office, paypoint, subway, cash machine, baked goods, Yes, prices are a little expensive but convenience comes at a price, nobody does a weekly shop in a corner store.”

“With short stay parking up to 30 minutes directly outside, this provides the small essentials that are always needed at the last minute. Cheerful and helpful, the staff are part of the village fabric, without whom the place would not be quite as nice as it is.\\nTitchfield is the envy of many who pass through as an idyllic retreat.”

“30 minutes parking immediately outside or short term just a little walk away. This small store stocks the expected necessities that don't require a long drive to a supermarket. Staff smiled at me through the window so a warm welcome came my way. Great job guys on a wintery New Years Day.Love the decorated Post Box just outside too.”

“A well run shop, well done to all the staff. Underground free car park, full wheelchair access (in store mobility scooters available) and escalators between shop and parking level. Costa Coffee to sit in if you need a break. Scan n Go, self check outs, express check outs and very helpful staff...online or in store Tesco's has made shopping easy. Oh...and the toilets are well maintained and very clean.”

“Nice co-op which is big enough for some people to do a weekly shop, by small enough to be used as a convenience store. Self checkouts are tempermental, but apart from that, very nice.”

He acted above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied.Thank you Chris for being the perfect call handler, I can only suggest you become a Customer Service Manager.”

“Very friendly staff member on my last visit.... Fuel price pretty much in line with all the places around (they used to be really expensive.... But I think when fuel went up dramatically a couple of months ago.... People actually took notice and realised how expensive this place was..... And went elsewhere... But I cant say that about this place recently. Not the cheapest, but then of course it is very good quality fuel, and I think worth an extra 3 or 4p a litre for the shell stuff. Over the 'no name' fuel at Asda anyway!”

“A big shout out to the manager at the Wickham co op, my son has arfids (avoidance restrictive food intake disorder) he is helping me make sure my son has his safe foods one being the co op own bakery sausage rolls. It’s tough times and everyone is panic buying without realising the implications this has for the elderly and for people with eating disorders. ”

“Great to have this convenient shop, assistants are helpful despite having to juggle stocking shelves and running the small Post Office at the same time as serving at the till. Lucky to have such a great service on the doorstep. Big thank you to the great team.”
