“Our first visit, well impressed. Cafe was excellent, especially Lily who was very pleasant and went out of her way to help 2 elderly ladies with walking stick by coming from behind the counter a carried their coffees to their table ( I would recommend employee of the week)”

“My wife and I visited on the 1st May BH.The place was very interesting and the cafe / tearoom had lots little things look at.We arrived mid-afternoon it was quite quiet / peaceful, so we had some refreshments and we could take our time looking at each exhibit.It also has a lot of written information on the local area / history in its library room.Outside we wanderered around the lovely laid out garden with many flowers in bloom.”

“Was in the fareham store on Friday the 22nd and it was at the end of the day, me and my son had purchased some Halloween ornaments and we were served by a young gentleman, named Jacob, he was super Friendly and helpful, some bits I wanted didn't have prices, he went off and found everything for me, nothing was too much trouble and he wrapped everything up with care and was just so friendly and professional. Great customer service”

“All great managed to get some nice t shirts, only gripe was you had to do self checkout which was no problem, but had someone standing over you like a vultur ready to pounce if you done something wrong, like not putting a hanger in the box even though you are saving money on staff serving you”

“Relatively recent addition to the main store and after a slow start, has gained in popularity over the past 2 years. No quibble returns are fast supply are a real bonus. Extra large car park too.”
