I usually wait a week from when I order on the app to go and pick prescription up. Normal chemist were out of stock so I went to Highlands. I placed order yesterday and it was on my doorstep when I got home today. An excellent service, thank you. You take all the stress out of managing mine and my husband?s medication.

Brilliant service some where to sit while your prescription is being made up & they did give me water asked me if l was ok as l landed up with a chest infection through co-vid period where they were musks l don't live near by I had an emergency appointment & my son came & picked me up as had to go to highlands road drs l was very lucky my son was on his way home from work & he picked me up & took me their !That chemist with the stuff was excellent!

Absolutely brilliant pharmacy. Nothing is too much trouble for them. The right balance of professionalism and friendliness. Gave up on my local pharmacies as they were always making mistakes or had very unhelpful and cold staff. I travel to this one as it's so good. Plus I have family near by.

Such a huge amount staff, and poor communication between them. Promised multiple times my order would arrive, back and forth for 2 MONTHS. Communication between this pharmacy and doctors very poor, both blaming eachother, both passing the buck.

I live a little far away to just rock up so like to call ahead of time, they ALWAYS take my call no matter how busy and they can get busy... Also, I didn't realise it was my last dose, thought I had another sheet, raised it as urgent and it was ready the next day thank you so much for a fast, efficient and friendly service.

I have lived in Portsmouth, Southampton, Portchester and now Fareham - I can honestly say this pharmacy is the best one in that area. Not only their opening times are very accommodating - staff is knowledgeable and very helpful with information from all kinds of topics. I'm usually good with my prescriptions, but the longer I live the worse it gets, so I'm very grateful to this pharmacy for saving my pancreas twice in the last month.THANK YOU, FAREHAM PHARMACY!!!

I went into the pharmacy today for some eye drops for my hayfever. The pharmacist couldn?t have been more helpful. As I wear contact lenses I can?t use some eye drops but the pharmacist researched via the internet to make sure I purchased the right ones. Fantastic service, I would highly recommend!

Never had an issue here. My prescription is always ready in a timely fashion. Pharmacist and staff are kind and helpful. It's a little place but they make the most of. Would absolutely recommend using this pharmacy over other very local ones.
