“Very helpful staff. I went in for a couple of quarter turn ceramic tap cartridges for an old kitchen tap. They pulled out a large box containing dozens of different sized tap cartridges! I didn't know how many different sizes there were. They used a tap sizing tool on the old valve I brought in to find the correct replacement. The sizing tool is a bit like a ring finger sizer that a jeweller uses.The new cartridges fitted a treat.Thank you HPS Fareham.”

“Better priced than a few years ago. My only iss ue is I find that I prefer to deal with the stores staff and manager team rather than the shop floor management staff. I wont make a purchase when certain shop floor staff are working, throwing there so called authority about to volunteers and un approachable attitude. But when the right staff are in or stock room staff are hovering about who are helpfull its a great place to shop”

“Relatively recent addition to the main store and after a slow start, has gained in popularity over the past 2 years. No quibble returns are fast supply are a real bonus. Extra large car park too.”
“Very helpful staff, however what I required said in stock online, but when I went to the store it was in stock at the supplier and had to be delivered, said free delivery but once in basket an extra £7.00 delivery charge was added and no way around it without buying additional pieces to bring total cost up, so had to settle for delivery charge.Better clarification on website is required.”
