Went for lunch with the family and the food was perfect as per usual and what made the experience great was a meal was missed( our fault) and the manager made sure it was replaced within minutes with no hassle and couldn?t do enough to support us. Great customer service given and I?ve been here 5-6 times and never had a bad meal or a bad experience in the fareham restaurant! Keep up the good work guys.

Went to Nandos Fareham with my partner as she had never been to a Nandos restaurant before. The whole experience wasn't great. An hour for food to show up after it was left on the counter, no cutlery and had to ask for some twice. It seemed to us that the staff were more concerned with getting Just Eat food orders completed or looking on their phones. The food when it did arrive was luke warm. Expected better from a well established company. We won't be visiting again.

Tiny tiny tiny chicken thighs. Tiny tiny tiny portion of fries. Totally underwhelming and disappointing. Poor lighting, couldn't read the menu properly or see too eat, it mite of been easyer if the food was Larger target portion. Won't be going back!

Family dinner out. I ordered the boneless chicken platter for two (as I was starving) and I made sure I asked for the skin to be removed. Platter came out fairly quick but I noticed that the skin was not removed. Called one of the staff over and showed her the skin on the chicken breast by pulling the skin off. She took the plate away to correct it. A minute later she came back with the same platter saying that because I have touched the food she can't take it back or redo the order! I was quite upset as she asked for confirmation regarding the skin, I have not taken a bite out of the food either! She turned around and left. Very poor customer service. I'm not a complainer but this was clearly a mistake on nandos side and I expected to be corrected. I won't return any time soon. Shame....

Was feeling the urge for some spicy chicken and was satisfied. Not a fan of the burger buns as they seem to go a bit hard.Overall the options for food are great, staff excellent and the drinks were unlimited.

Patience at Nando'sOut recent visit to Nando's proved to be quite the test of patience. Upon arrival, the wait time for a table was significantly longer than I expected at 35 minutes.Once we were finally seated, we faced a 45-50 minute wait for our food. This extended waiting time was disappointing.On a positive note, the food - when it finally arrived - was delicious and flavorful, consistent with the high quality that Nando's is known for. However, the service timing could definitely be improved.I hope that Nando's takes this feedback into consideration and works towards ensuring a smoother dining experience for all customers specially on special occasions.Despite these setbacks, I look forward to returning in the future, with the hope that these issues will be addressed.

Food was ok but not great. Nice waitress. We didn't like the music playing but that's personal choice. Table was very sticky.

This was our first ever time at a Nando?s so we weren?t sure how everything worked, however we were soon asked if we knew the process and were rapidly brought up to speed. What I was also very impressed with was that we were asked if we had any allergies on arrival which I did as I?m severely allergic to peanuts, so I was given a tablet computer to look through before placing my order. Care was then taken to ensure my food was safe for me and I felt reassured and in good hands. We really enjoyed our meal and it was even better than we expected. I?d say some things on the menu are a little pricy but we opted for something that felt reasonable. We asked for our deserts to be brought out which took a little while and we received an apology from the waitress but we really didn?t mind as we weren?t in a rush anyway. The chocolate cake was to die for! We already can?t wait to return!

First time at this branch of Nando's but not my first Nando's! Went as a family as a last minute dinner after a busy day. Was sat at a wobbly table right in the window. The restaurant itself needs a lot of TLC paint work was badly chipped and chunks of wall missing... Being big fans of Nando's we were looking forward to our meal as it is one of our favourite places to eat however when the food came it was barley warm and the chicken was very dry. The side salad had seen better days looking rather brown and soggy and the glasses were dirty. We picked at what we could and left. Upon gathering everyone outside I noticed a very inconspicuous sign in the window stating that the chicken was halal. It is great that Nando's caters for this type of meat however had we known prior to visiting we would of driven further on to Whiteley where it is not halal. I understand for some this isn't an issue at all but I do think You need to make it clearer that this branch is halal so that people can make an informed choice - I believe you are deliberately misleading people

Never dine in here again. Very bad customer service manager is disrespectful never encounter anyone like her. I don't think she know what/ how customer service is. You need a proper training woman!!!! Food is great but few staff are awful. I am writing a review base my own experienced.

Food was consistent as always, tasty.The checkback by waiting staff was done a bit prematurely ie; immediately after we had it placed on the table I was 1 bite into my corn that's it and my wife and daughter hadnt even started, no biggie just attention to detail. I feel it was done so it was over with 1 less thing to think about as they pull out the nandos stick from the table.Can't go wrong with nandos, consistent no fuss easy dining.

Passable quality of food. Stopped with son and wife for evening meal. Fairly simple menu - not a problem in itself - where you can choose degree of 'hotness' you want on your food.Clearly popular with younger eaters and also Asian commumity.To my mind food is acceptable - akin to decent fast food - but nothing exceptional.Mimimal service and disappointed no fruit juices available, at least as far as I could see on menu.xPersonally preferred Chiquitos in Gunwharf: slightly for quality of food and more notably regarding ambience of venue.Compare them yourself to see if you agree X

7:05 pm - Still waiting for the meal - ordered 6:07 pm, supposed to be with us 6:36, then 6:46 then 6:50, then 7 pm - just rang at 7:04 and told they are giving it to a driver now ?. *sigh*Updated to say, one meal quite hard and cold, the other one lukewarm but palatable ? taking my trade elsewhere
