I had a very complicated transfer that needed a lot of time and understanding to sort out. Leanne was brilliant, I'm clueless with mobile phone technology so needed more help than I thought I'd get. I left with everything I needed and a full understanding of the process I needed to follow. It has all been successfully done. Perfect customer service, thank you.

I am disgusted that I recieved my mobile by 02 15/5/19 & my sim card was not working. I had to travel by cab to my nearest 02 . I spoke to a manager called Matt. I gave him .my bank details and he called someone in 02 ? Matt told me I would have to show him further identification. I explained to him I was unwell with osteoporosis and a fracture in my spine that causes me problems with walking. Mat told me I would have to come back with my passport ??? . I went home and returned today 17/5/19. I went into the shop but Matt was on his lunch break ? So I had to go for a coffee . Went back and showed him my passport and within 5 minutes he did my new sim card. He made me aware j could be anyone & that 02 had a huge fraud against them & 02 had a new policy since December 2018. I told him how unwell I was and the journey had cost me £60 pounds over 2 days but he was unrepentant. This has caused me untold stress & loss in money. On leaving the shop I fell over and a member of the public helped me up. I have a bad cut on my arm due to my fall. When I arrived home thank God I rang the 02 customer service complaint. The person I spoke to was very helpful and understanding. What Matt failed to do in my situation was help me call 02 & tell them in the shop . Well thank you Matt your customer skills are very disappointing and alarming. No customer should have to go through this unnecessary ordeal. As a manager you failed terribly and I hope no member of the public has to go through my ordeal ! I travelled from gosport in Hampshire to fareham in Hampshire unnecessary. I feel hugely let down & very vulnerable . As a manager I hope you learn from this and 02 customer have assured me you will be contacting me !!!
