She had to stay another night due to not being able to get back in time, which was accommodated really nicely by the owner. The enclosures are clean and tidy, and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I'll definitely be bringing my cat back here again!”

“We visit Pets at home Fareham Newgate Lane all the time for our pets food, toys etc... but back in March, we visited, and we walked past the adopting area, and a sweet female rabbit called Fifi Court are eyes.It was said on her cage that she wasn't available to adpot until the next day! I was soo sad and gutted that I could take her right away! I spoke to a member of staff about my interests of her and said I'll be back tomorrow for her!The next day, I went back hour before, waiting patiently around the adopting area. A member of staff I spoke to yesterday remember me and said, 'we can let you adopt her now as you seem really keen'. The staff members helped me pick out the cages and all the stuff I needed to look after the rabbit. Thank you for all your help that day!Fifi she fits into our world naturally. Fif is now bonded with her bunny husband Aslan, who we rescued in July. Although I was unaware of the membership features. The Gentleman who served me was very polite and walked me through the entire process, explaining how it worked and therefore what I was entitled to! I ended up saving a good bit of money at the checkout and now I have access to plenty of vouchers and discounts! Was very impressed with the customer service!”
