Fareham Branch, Monday 4th September, spoke to Callum regarding a problem with an external ATM which had not delivered any money from its dispenser but had debited my account with the requested amount. He dealt with my problem efficiently and professionally, having fully understood the matter. A couple of phone calls and some online computer work later, he stated that the "dispute" should be sorted within 2-3 days. The reimbursed amount was credited to my account this morning - just one day after the representation to Callum. Excellent service and obviously pleased with the outcome. Thank you

This is a.great bank unfortunately it was really busy today which is good for them but not for the customer had to wait about 25 mins to see someone but when I did they were excellent

Went into pay some £2 coins into my account only to be told I couldn't as they have no counter service anymore this is ridiculous, I was told to go to postoffice

My first visit to the branch since 2017 to obtain £50 notes for a birthday present. Immediately I was accosted by ?Joshua?, yes I mean accosted. I know bank branches are sales opportunities for the company rather providing a service. But I was offended to the point of deciding to leave Santander.

Great big major queues in this fairly large branch, but overall, the staff are quite friendly making the wait a lot better than to be greeted by a misery!
The branch has everything you need to make day to day banking easy, with several self service cash machines available inside, and outside to help with simple transactions without waiting in the long queues to be dealt with.
