Very poor experience, I arrived at 15.50 to be told but the man at the counter that we are not taking anymore orders. I explained we had travelled especially for a milkshake and he just said sorry about that and turned his back.

Premium prices low budget service. Waited for 5 minutes for someone to actually appear and serve us. Then once we received our drinks the order was incorrect. Total refusal to rectify their mistake not even a sorry. Horrific customer service !

HORRENDOUS customer service. Go anywhere else but here. It took me 23 minutes to get a shake. I'm a first time customer and I will not be returning. I will not recommend this establishment to anyone.During a lunchtime peak there was a single member of staff serving. They took four orders before making a single one. The member of staff then chatted to an off duty member of staff and allowed her into the back area to pick up extra cardboard boxes for personal use - before making any shakes.All of the four shakes were then made at the same time with no priority order. So the customer who ordered their shake 3 minutes before this point got their shake immediately. But because I ordered first, I had the longest to wait (23 minutes). All of this was during a working lunch break and meant I was 15 minutes late back to work. Unacceptable for a food chain. 15 minutes would be a long time, but over 20?!

I love a shakeaway normally but your rude staff today completely put me off even bothering to order.I know times are difficult and it's not always clear what rules are to be followed so a "polite" instruction should be given out, not an aggressive, abrupt and generally rude one, you lost a customer today and should have a word with certain members of staff about customer etiquette

Love a good shakaway, shame there only one staff on during the day and a que can form at these time, I was in at lunchtime mid week and there was one employee left by themselves.
