I used to come here quite a lot they were good until recently been a couple of times and my nails chipped after a week of having them . I went last week spent 40 on my nails for one to be broken and hanging off . I will not be going back there again . The ladies on the desk are very lovely but the nail technicians are so rude and quite aggressive with your hands . Will not be coming back !

Very poor customer service, I showed my design and the nail artist took my phone and laughed at it then proceeded to show other nail artists the image who joined in with the laughter. I felt ridiculed, and extremely uncomfortable. When getting the nails done, the filing was rough and painful, I?ve never had actual pain from getting my nails done before. When my nails were done I realised the acrylic was lumpy, uneven and crooked. Really disappointed as this place was recommended to me but I would not recommend getting nails done here as I will be removing them. Waste of money and overall a horrible experience.

I had mu eyelashes and nails done.My eyelashes fell off in less than 24 hours and my nails were so bad they never cared about it the owner of the place is very rude it?s bad experience I will never go again ?

Had hair done by chloe and I'm more than pleased with it.Ive gone from blonde to copper total different look I decided on.Chloe done a lovely job and provided a great service and I will be a regular customer

The staff are all very friendly and it has a nice atmosphere. I was very impressed to see the range of services on offer.However, I expected a better finish for £40.I would usually do my own nails but since I am being a bridesmaid next weekend, I thought I would save myself the time.Unfortunately my acrylic nails are different lengths and crooked. Some are even angled upwards.I also worry that there is not enough of an Apex/Structure to make them last as long as they could, they feel quite thin.

So happy with how I was treated. I had a gel pedi and mani and loved every minute. Cold lemonade, attention to detail, sterilised instruments between clients. I will definitely be back. :)

I just wanted to thank Rosie, who , as ever, performed miracles on my hair. I have known Rosie for many, many years & would not, & could, not trust anyone else with my hair.I also want to highlight the manager, Lindsey, who, despite some very challenging circumstances within the salon occurring yesterday, well beyond anyone?s expectations & experiences, maintained the true professionalism & calmness required of her role. I have a Deluxe Pedicure today done by Chole. I don't like feeling rushed and wanted to feel pampered. Chole spent time of detail and so much effort put on to her work. I will asking for chloe going forward if I can as I come out today feeling amazing. My feet are like clouds. The hot stones massage was AMAZING. Thankyou chloe!

Customer service is pretty shoddy when it comes to the nail salon there, no point booking, either. They didn?t even check the booking or adhere to the time. They were not only late, but the older chap who was doing my nails leisurely offered me a seat (finally), and arrogantly walked up and down the salon talking to his colleagues before finally starting. He answered the phone (understandable) during my session, but then proceeded again to walk up and down the salon laughing and joking with colleagues after he?d finished the phone call. All the way through my session he was speaking to his colleagues, looking out the window, not concentrating at all. It all felt very slap-dash. The colour I asked for needed 3 coats and still wasn?t very good quality, the shape AND finish isn?t as good as local rivals, and ultimately I was pretty appalled at the service. But I just wanted to leave. He asked everyone to wash their hands as they entered, but didn?t clean the table or apply the same hygiene rules to themselves in-between customers. He also made another customer feel stupid after she asked for a particular design, laughing and joking with colleagues. Won?t visit again.

Horrid customer service, you just feel rushed and pressured into having what they want you to have. Will not be going back at all.My daughter had her nails done for her prom, which the man was abrupt and non caring. When filling he was heavy handed and ended up hurting her finger tips/nails, unfortunately she was in pain and couldn?t sleep well because of it. Appalling service from Star Beauty Lounge. They done an awful job on my nails, attached is a picture of what I wanted and what I received, when I complained I wasn?t happy with the end result they basically said ?tough? and stated they can?t guarantee the exact same but as you can see these are well off. They were not willing to rectify or offer to have them done again free of charge, I would avoid this salon, it seems they know nothing about good customer service.Service: Manicure
