I went to 3 as my pay as you go phone had run out of money and I did not have an Internet connection as my cable was cut by the Council grass cutter and the network provider cannot come for 7 days. The 3 staff were brilliant, the offered me a phone contract that was cheaper than I normally pay to top up, and they offered me an Internet hub for £19 a month, which I accepted. I took the hub home with me and was on the Internet within a couple of hours. I will now cancel my Virgin Media £68.50 contract. Big savings all round and a very happy customer.

Staff were incredibly helpful. We were trying to get there new Mobile broadband and after failing online multiple times, went into store and sorted it all out within half an hour. Thanks guys!

The staff in the 3 shop couldn't be more helpful. I had had problems setting up a 3 sim and porting my old number. The young lady in 3 was fantastic. Have nothing negative to say about them at all.

Assured me i could switch networks keeping the same number and that it would only take a few days ( despite me telling Lee i thought my phone was locked to Vodafone ) i was given the impression that i could be changed over no problem. Almost 10 days later , and following the advise given i was still without a network. Poor service.

Absolute nightmare, just to go SIM only. Go into shop to change my Sons phone over to SIM only at end of contract and then he was taking over the payments. All paperwork done, I was told I had to ring the dreaded head office to ask them to transfer to SIM only. Terrible experience. All the chap wanted me to do was sign up for something else. Anyway, the phone number was supposed to change over at a certain date. Naturally, that didnt happen either.My Son went into shop only to be told he had to go to 'POUNDLAND' and get another SIM card and then go back to three. What a waste of time.To top it all, the contract is STILL in my name, so they can't even get that right.Can't wait for MY phone contract to end. I will be off.

Was time to upgrade phones for myself and hubby. We were well looked after by the young chap Harry. Even showed me things on the new phone I wouldn't have known about. It was a pleasure doing business with you see you again in two years!!
