It was late..9pm and one of the last orders from the kitchen. Just travelled up on a train from Dorset a bit tired and hungry. Several items not available on the menu but understandable. Chose a simple burger nd chips. Really well cooked.. great meal. Thank you. Friendly staff :-)

The worst meal I?ve ever eaten!Had the sirloin steak with triple cooked cooked chips and rocket, I asked for no mushrooms.The steak was chewy and nasty, the 12 triple cooked chips were cold and soggy, the rocket was so shrivelled it was completely inedible, half a piece of tomato and there was a hole on the plate where the mushrooms should have been.Literally half a plate of inedible food for £20.Complete rip off!! I never complain but I did on the beefeater website and they couldn?t be bothered to reply.This restaurant is empty for a reason, avoid it like everyone else.

The stuff of this restaurant is racist?we went there on Saturday night around 6.45 pm?the reception told us there will be no table for us until 8.30pm because we didn?t book a table. Guess what, when we try to book a table online, we can book 7.15 pm and 7.30 pm, and we can see there are lots of slot before 8.30

There was not enough staff to tables serving food one server is nit enough and unfair on that member of staff. I'm sure the food was great but I did mention I had to leave early and we had to wait a considerable time after we sat down for orders to be taken hence I could only eat a starter. Sorry, normally everything is really good.

Went in at 7.15pm on a Sunday when staying in the hotel attached. The place was empty. At least 100 seats to fill. Yet we were refused a table as they were 'fully booked' and when the online booking system allowed a slot, I was told this was an error. Appalling service for a hotel-based restaurant. Took our business elsewhere.

Cant really comment about the food or service as I didn`t get a chance to eat there. We were staying in the adjoining hotel where there were posters and adverts promoting the the establishment.We decided that we wanted to eat there when we booked the hotel as we were not too familiar with the area, we didn`t make a reservation because we were unsure of our arrival time. When we did arrive at the hotel we looked at the Beefeater, it was very quiet so we decided there was no need to reserve a table. After we checked in to the hotel and unpacked, we decided to go to restaurant. We entered the restaurant via the hotel lift and it was very quiet about 75% of the tables were vacant. We asked for a table only to be told that we could not eat there unless we had a reservation, I could understand this if the place was full, but it was almost empty, absolutely shocking treatment, especially as we were staying at the hotel.

Stayed at Premier Inn for a week and had a meal deal with breakfast and dinner everyday.Breakfast: was poor as the hash browns and sausages were burnt and overcooked and clearly just reheated several times. The pastries were also not cooked properly and were soft.Dinner: was okay, both the mains and desserts were tasty and the portions were generous, however the mains always came out lukewarm so there is potential for improvements.Customer Service: it varied each day depending on the staff present. Dale always seemed unhappy and grumpy, despite being the restaurant manager. Never saw a smile on his face.On the flip side Lesley, Jenna and Anna were all great and deserve recognition!

Just disgusting service. Will be writing to the brand complaints too. We booked a table for 7.00 this evening. Arrived with my family of three and a baby - wife's birthday!!! Waited 8 minutes to be even be acknowledged at the service desk. No apology from the assistant who then stated we're busy tonight. Table of 15 just taken their order and you'll have to wait an hour for food.... then she said you might be lucky, still long wait!! My wife stated we weren't a walk in table, we'd booked at 3 this afternoon for 7. She then said ' three other tables now waiting to order too!!! ' I used to work for beefeater in Twickenham and we'd be given the boot if I'd allow my team to talk to our customers like this! Extremely disappointed to say the least. And worse of all the restaurant was not even half full!!! If this is the standard of a once very vibrant brand then I'm very saddened and shocked.

I had an overall pleasant experience. Although the waitress was apologetic about the waiting time, it did seem like the establishment was understaffed, which resulted in slower service. However, I must commend the kitchen for preparing a delicious and perfectly cooked steak. Unfortunately, the peppercorn sauce we ordered didn't make it to our table, which was a slight disappointment. On the plus side, the prices were quite reasonable. Overall, it was a decent dining experience, and I appreciate the effort put into the food quality.

Absolutely great made sure we had a highchair for our child. Didn't mind about the mess that was left under the highchair. They also made a suggestion to let us have one of the desserts missing out what we didn't like rather than having something else.

Food was good if a little cold but service was extremely slow and we were not even given desert menus after being asked if we would like them. A further 20 minutes to get the bill .Restaurant was barely half full and the staff were turning people away in a Saturday night...

We come here when visiting family. We have a child who is nil by mouth and peg fed. The staff were friendly and so accommodating with warming the blended food we brought with us. This allows us to do more inclusive days out as a family. Food was good quality at the usual prices for pub grub. We ate at around 14:00 and didn't need to book in advance as it wasn't busy on this occasion but I'd still recommend booking in advance. The restaurant and facilities were very clean and well maintained. There is plenty of parking close by, but there is a short walk from the closest car park. Good disability access to the building and the floor is level inside, so there is no need for lifts to toilets, etc. If seen by staff/managers, thank you very much, we had a lovely time.Wheelchair accessibility: Good wheelchair access and tables with plenty of room so you don't feel like your obstructing other people.

We stayed at the premier Inn whilst working locally and was really well looked after every night by dale Jenna and Lewis ,the service was superb and to say there was so many of us staying ,it was really well planned .Jenna was lovely ,really pleasant and a real asset to the companyDale went in early to ensure we could all get breakfast at 6 am before heading out to work ,and Lewis worked tirelessly to keep everyone's drinks flowing .thankyou so much
