It's a fairly good charity shop, easy to dump your stuff and buy something suitable for a few quid. However, at one point I tried going there but had shut 30 mins earlier than supposed to be.

My wife and I usually go to Debra Farnborough cove as we recently shifted to cove from fleet. 23/08/2017 As we are expecting a baby, wife said we should go and have a look for baby stuff at Debra. Went there and wife saw something that she liked but was not sure what it was used as and asked the lady at the store what it was for which the Lady responded with a least bothered tone I DONT KNOW! We didn't react and kept the thing back. She spoke to other customer very well. In the meantime,we selected few things and came to the counter. Just asked her if there is any further reduction and she said - the price on the tag is what you pay. We said okay.. my wife asked if the baby spread was washable and she said in a rude tone I DONT KNOW.. you can wipe it with disinfectant or may be wash it.. I Don't Know! And simply went away from the cash counter and said let me know once ur ready to be served. I asked the lady if they were planning to close the shop as she was in a hurry to help us out of the shop. She said no, we are usually busy where in there was no one in the store. It is simply racism. Clerk no 2 was what I could see on the receipt for 23/08/2017. I went back after some time of the purchase and returned the item as the behaviour was simply not acceptable. I told her that am returning the item because of the way we were served and she said you don't huggle in Debra.. I asked her what that meant and said I didn't ask for a discount, I asked if there was a further reduction to which she said I was behaving rude and gave me £5 cash without any receipt. This is a simple case of racism where you can talk to a client well and other not well at all for no reason(colour/nationality). I don't know where have we lost humanity nowadays. Thank you
