Far too much plastic packaging on the wooden curtain rails we bought. Dunelm is fine in a pinch but quite overpriced for the quality. Nice staff in the coffee shop and lovely lemon cheesecake! :)

Moved into a new house and need to kit it out top to bottom, a friend recommended Dunelm.Neither Slough, Reading or Farnborough answered my calls spanning over 3 days despite making multiple attempts.I?ve literally just got back from Bentals in Windsor and spent £8,427.85, admittedly only £3-4K of that could have been applied to one of these stores as I?ve got other items. I?m assuming this because my calls went unanswered and I never did visit the shop.Bentals answers within 2 rings, they spend 3 minutes answering my questions and the following day I went on a binge.

Rude staff couldn't be bothered to help. The website said they had three of the items we were after in stock but none on the shelf. So we asked them to check other stores and were told to check ourselves. The staff made sarcastic comments and need training in customer service.

Sometimes, it is useful to have loads of suites under one roof.Parking can be difficult at busy times so choose a quieter time

Great sized store and very friendly staff on the tills, and particularly wanted to say thank you to the young man at the cafe (not sure what his name was but on shift on 10th sept around 2pm) who was very friendly and gave excellent service (and made us great coffees including a great iced latte, lovely for a hot day!)

Great for a coffee and cake, good price too. Lovely friendly staff adds to the relaxing feel the café has. Great jacket potatoes as well!

I do love their products and they're good value, too, but it is a little crowded in there with not much room between aisles and I'd seen something online I liked, it said I could order it for collection so I assumed it was in stock but it wasn't anywhere in the shop and I asked a staff member and they'd never seen it. A shame, but I did pick up some lovely discounted cushions and I must say the cashier (Scottish lady) was so lovely; warm, welcoming and cheerful which made it a pleasant interaction for me, which, as someone who has an anxiety disorder, is rare. I'll definitely go back more regularly.

My god, I love Dunelm. A wide range of stuff for the home, in a variety of styles and at great prices. There's also a cafe on site.I popped in to collect a pair of curtains I ordered online and it took just a few minutes to scan the barcode on my email and then for the assistant to appear with my product.

Thank you Ben for doing a customer announcement and wishing my daughter a happy birthday and brilliantly embarrassing my partner whilst in store. Good sports for completing my random customer request. Nice one!

They sell nice bowls and plates here. Quite expensive however. I love running around looking at all the random jargain they have. Like little elephants for your windowsill and stuff like that you know.

Great Dunelm store. Unfortunately, they didn't have the lampshade I required, but a young shop assistant did take the time to go and look in the stock room.

Just went for a specific item. The shop was very busy for a bank holiday, but they had loads of stock and so many different choices across the whole interior home decoration niche.

A very nice branch of this popular homewares chain. Spread over two floors, there's a good selection of bedding, soft furnishings, curtains and blinds, lighting, kitchen and bathroom items (inc. good value towels) and cleaning equipment and materials. This branch has a first floor cafe - there's a lift and also toilets (kept really clean). They do a simple cream tea for £3.50 with a scone, clotted cream and jam, with tea or coffee. It's not the Ritz, of course, but nice for a low-cost break if you are shopping in the area. They also have a selection of cakes and sandwiches. There's a good sized car park, from which it is also a short walk to a number of other retailers, like Screwfix, Wickes, and ToolStation.
