Don?t have a clue about actually money there staff need to understand more about the new notes when they become worn rather than saying they don?t care if I was the king of England it feels fake. I went at Saturday 26/08/2023 . I checked on internet its shows open at 9am .so i went from Alder shot .park on Sail-bury pay £2my job start from 9:30 . I wait from 9am till 9:15am . around 3 staff come to open door but one staff i will open 9:30am . so i decided to live location only i come to deposit money .plz don't careless every second are important for costume. staff are not friendly i thin not good management .thanks you i don't mine but plz don't ignore costume time value .

Not a good experience. Staff were uncooperative and difficult to deal with and seemed incapable of making a decision. All a needed was for my identity to be confirmed so that my sister can deal with my late mother?s estate; she was a Lloyds customer. 30 minutes in branch and 90 minutes on the phone afterwards to get a simple task completed.I am so pleased I bank with Nat West and Santander.I have subsequently had a very productive conversation with the manager and I am most grateful for his understanding and comments.

The best experience of a bank ever so kind and help with always their to help
