rude and unfriendly staff i ask about the manger the lady at counter said she don?t have time how unprofessional they are . Won?t be going back as the staff was no help what so ever! Not professional at all!

Problem based Chemist.Just been in to pick up a very urgent prescription. The prescription scanning system is down. Fair enough that can't be helped.However when I ask how I get theprescription the server then went on for a further 3 minutes about the problem with processing the prescription even doing a hand demonstration!If anyone who finds themselves in the same situation the solution is to get a handwritten one or printed by your GP or healh provider.

I visited the pharmacy today with a friend who was collecting their prescription. The service was wonderful, the lady behind the counter was very friendly and helpful and the medication was ready when they said it would be.

Not impressed with their service. I called in today asking to see if they have any flu jab appointments, put me on hold for 10 mins. I called back again and the guy answered just saying hello with no other response and hung up on me. Staff needs a bit of training on how to deal with customers over the phone. I know for a fact that I will be never using their pharmacy again.

Shocking service. The staff make it up as they go along. Say they didn?t say something and accuse you of lying! Absolutely awful. They can?t assist you with where your feet are.

Thanks for your reply, but of love to add. The time was as stated, although you said it's on your camera, it's also on my watch and tracker which are verified by satalites and accurate to the millisecond. I actually said staff, not pharmacist. If you read your reviews the pharmacist is not in question but your staffs attitude is. My wife thanked the pharmacist for doing their job well, not the staff who were more concerned with their break. Along with most of the employed world, I also only get 1 break. Unlike your staff, this is for 20 minutes not an hour so they should feel lucky. Like I have said, this is not the first time. Still unimpressed.

I have been a loyal customer for 10 years now, and I am continually impressed by the level of service and care that the staff provides.First and foremost, the pharmacists are incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions I have about my medications. They take the time to explain things in a way that I can understand, which I really appreciate. I feel confident that I am receiving the best possible care when I visit.In addition to their expertise, the staff is always friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. I have never had a negative experience and I always leave feeling grateful for their help.The selection of products is also impressive. Whether I need prescription medication or over-the-counter items, I can always find what I need. They also offer a variety of health and wellness products, which is a nice bonus.Overall, I highly recommend North Camp Pharmacy to anyone in need of pharmacy services. I have been using this chemist for 10 years and always found them excellent, but for the last 6 months the wait times have increased and the staff turnover is high. Today I have stood waiting for 15 minutes to collect a prescription which is unacceptable. They had nonidea what they were doing. I keep going back hoping the service has improved but it's at a very low point. Phoning is also a waste of time. I wonder whether they are not coping with the expansion but the customers are suffering. Also they have removed the chairs, why? Don't think there is an option but to change now which is a shame.

I?ve been to many pharmacies in and around this area and I have to say this is one of a kind. Very modern and aesthetically pleasing can?t wait to see the finished refit, it?s safe to say you?ll be seeing me more often :)

Rude and obnoxious staff who make you feel like they are doing you a favour by providing you their unnecessarily slow (non) service. Zero customer care. Stock availability is poor.
