Brilliant! Great job and the young woman that cut my hair was very skilled. Although my hair is quite fine, there's lots of it, so it's a task to get it right. 1st experience of Supercuts, definitely won't be the last visit!

I have used Super cuts for years and think they are great! Hair dresser Sasha was lovely and very welcoming towards me and my mum. We are both so happy with our hair cuts/ styles. Would recommend hair dresser Sasha! We also had such a laugh together. 5 ???s. x x

I went in on Monday for a dry cut, although my hair was wet. This is a standard charge for 1 inch off any length. I went to book by the QR option but as I stood there, one of the hairdressers booked me in with herself.Around 35 minutes later I got a text to say to come in? I arrived 8 minutes later & was told to take a seat as the hairdresser was just having her lunch? I waited 20 minutes. I don?t begrudge anyone taking a break, but what I don?t understand is why I?ve got a text to say come in and you only have 5 to 10 minutes to get there before you lose your slot, yet when I arrived she wasn?t ready for me. I feel like she could?ve had her lunch and then issued the text to tell me to come in..Anyway, the hairdressers seemed nice enough. I explained that I had been growing my hair for a number of years due to it previously falling out due to poor health, and I simply wanted a straight cut with an inch off the ends.In less than 10 minutes, I was told my hair was done. I looked down and it didn?t feel like an inch worth had been cut but my concerns were dismissed and I was sent on my way.When I got home and I dried my hair, it was very apparent to see that the right side was a good inch shorter than the left. I think it?s pretty shocking to have such an obvious lopsided haircut. Bearing in mind I didn?t go in as a trainee?s model etc. thinking about it, not once, was the length checked to make sure it was even, nor was my hair sectioned in any fashion during the cut?I called the next day and explained the situation, and the manager told me to come in and she would fix it. The manager was so lovely it was hard to stay annoyed at the situation, even though I had to come out of my way again to have this situation resolved, and I was a massive pressure to get back as I popped out between meetings. The manager explained that due to the wonky cut, the shorter side would actually need to be cut even shorter for it to be evened out. She took her time, took the effort to try and relax me although I was of course nervous, and she put so much care and detail into cutting my hair nicely? it was chalk & cheese to the day before. I honestly didn?t know that having just an inch of the end could go so badly.. I would return, but only to the manager who was a credit there.

My recent visit to Supercuts was great, my hairdresser was back! My previous visit was not so good.I went to Supercuts recently knowing that my usual hairdresser who is brilliant was off on sick leave. Having a haircut is always scary when you have someone new cut it. I have so much confidence in my usual hairdresser. I booked an appointment and was told it would be £26.50 to which I replied I had booked for the maximum of 1" off freshly washed hair which should have been £20.95 as I did not select a team member. I explained what I wanted which was fine. My dry hair was cut and clippered neatly. There were a few comments on how the sides of my hair had been done before which I didn't think was necessary as it is always done perfectly. I also had to ask to have the top of my hair cut a bit shorter to lighten it. I did say could she thin the top out a bit which I usally have done but was told no it would make it too flat. Just as she'd finished cutting it she cut off the corner of my angled fringe almost making it straight so I was NOT happy about that! Once cut I was taken to the basin? I thought maybe to rinse the hair but wasn't sure. The communication was not the easiest. My hair was then washed, not condditioned and I was taken back to the chair where it was blasted dry in 2 minutes, not styled and it looked rubbish. I was then charged £26.50. At the time I didn't feel brave enough to say anything as the lady came across as being a bit blunt and there were other customers in the salon. If I had asked for a wash, cut and blowdry then fine. Having that done is a treat with the wash and conditioner (head massage) done first which is relaxing before the actual haircut.A friend of mine recently went into the same salon asking for the hairdresser we usually use and was told she was off sick. That was it, no more comment, no offers of anyone else cutting her hair that day?I am sorry to have to complain but it wasn't the best experience.

Joined the queue via website at home. Wait was 20 mins which gave me time to get there and Park. Hairdresser was able to start immediately I arrived. Great service - dry cut - which was just as I wanted. I was out in 25 mins. Perfect

I had my hair cut from shoulder length to very short by Kirsty and she was friendly, helpful and made sure that I was happy with the cut and style, which i was very happy with and will definately return again.

I'm not sure if it's the booking system or the staffs laid back approach, but I've been really disappointed the past year with time keeping for the appointments. I understand running late 10/15mins here and there can be annoying when you have plans or have parked your car, but why say the wait will be 45mins then while sitting waiting in the salon it jumps to over 2 hours because now it's the stylists lunchtime. This has happened 3 times in the past 6 months. Maybe if they got paid per haircut, they'd be a lot more efficient. Gone are the days when it could be a quick in and out haircut... and not even that reasonable pricing anymore. 2 stars only for Shanice because she's always cut my hair the way I want it. I'll be going elsewhere in the future.

Easy yo book an appt on line . The salon txt when they are ready . Lovely hair cut done , staff are very friendly and easy to talk to would definitely go to the salon again

If I could give a negative rating I would. This is not my first visit to this salon. Yesterday I had a different stylist. Showed them pictures of what I wanted. The pictures showed every angle. Yes yes she said you will look lovely. It was supposed to be an undercut with hair coming down to my ears, full fringe that had the option of a side parting with the back going to a V.For some unknown reason the stylist disregarded my wishes. No undercut styling. I have been left with a grade 1 to 3 at the back with no V. Grade 1 possibly 2 over my ears. I told the stylist this is not what I wanted. I hate it. I was charged for a dry cut because I did not like it. I was too emotional to demand to see the manager but even if I did what could they do. My hair is ruined. I cried all the way home.I lost my hair through chemo years ago. After receiving a poor prognosis I wanted a fun hairstyle to cheer me up. Now I have to consult another hairdressers to see if anything can be done with what's left or shave it all off.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
