Seems over stretched. Waited 20 minutes while the one assistant looked for a prescription for the person 3 in front of me. Told the customer they have 409 prescriptions not even printed off their system. This place Needs some motivated staff and a process that works efficiently. I gave up and went somewhere else.

I registered at this pharmacy a few months ago when my previous one closed down - I followed the manager, Iain from my previous one has he'd been so helpful. I'm a complex patient with many prescriptions and the team here make it so easy for me - I get a text when my prescriptions are ready, the staff are always friendly and helpful and Iain goes out of his way to make sure I get my medication when I need it, which isn't always straightforward at the moment as there are supply issues with some of them. Highly recommended, the customer service is second to none.

Please avoid, problem every time, they fail to get anything correct, very concerning for a pharmacy.Other local ones are much cheaper and more professional

Poor service, don't explain missing items, don't contact GPs when there's a delivery issue and some of the staff are rude. Don't answer the phone even when not serving customers.

I have to go to this pharmacy as its close and I cannot drive the staff seem to be extremely untrained and lacking of and stand there clueless everytime I've been met with "not sure I'llask and then I don't know" I've resulted calling multiple times to see if a prescription is actually ready and no one picks up and I'm hung up on which makes me think they just don't want to awnser the phone I've been sat on the phone trying to call 6 times now to know about a prescription I've been prescribed that I need urgently its disheartening and especially as I am a neurodivergent customer and need things to be able to make sense and communicate effectively. Thinking of going to a different pharmacy

Appalling service, Repeat prescriptions were not processed, when they are they were sent to the wrong GP surgery. No follow up, promise to deliver, nothing ever arrived. On a third visit to the pharmacy, prescriptions had to be made up there and then, with Blood pressure tables missing.Staff updated wrong details, wrong GP surgery and then said all prescriptions had got "stuck" whatever that means. Would never use again. My Husband had a stroke on March 13th and this level of incompetence I really could have done without.

I have supported this Pharmacy since it opened and was really good. Latterly it has been a nightmare with changing staff, no text messages, prescriptions not dispensed when you call to ask if ready and David you need to get things sorted or your Customers will walk away. One has different brands of medication every time and one wonders if pricing is playing a part? It shoukd not take ten days to get a prescription and then have to wait10/15 minutes as it is not ready. Sounds like others are having similar experiences. Can we please see some proper management of the issues?

Used to be good but getting a repeat prescription is a nightmare as they never ever answer the phone. The website is shocking and gives no info or option to do anything online. I'm not actually sure if they are still open or in business.

Incredibly rude at this pharmacy. I've been a few times since moving to the area & always see how the staff are moody and short with every customer. My wife just went this morning to pick up a prescription & was met with two very rude ladies. Constant snarky comments & scowls. My wife arrived a minute before 9am opening. Got a dirty look from the woman as she waited in the car. Waited till 2 minutes past 9am to go to the door & was met with the door being unlocked and then just turned her back & retreated. No "good morning". Then proceeded to be rude throughout the pick up, berating my wife why she didn't have an SMS to tell her to collect. Will never use this place again. Would rather travel further to a different pharmacy.

I kind of like this little pharmacy. It's close to where I live and I like to support local independent businesses. Some of the staff are great.I do wish they would move with the times a little more though. The website doesn't seem to have been updated for about 10 years and they don't even have an answer phone.I appreciate they are busy, but it's just rude to pick up the phone receiver and put it straight back down without even acknowledging the person calling. This happens to me regularly. I'd be happy to leave a message or drop them an email.We're all busy and we're all still trying to avoid contracting covid. I don't want to walk or drive to the pharmacy to collect a prescription that they don't have, couldn't fill or haven't got round to. It means a return visit for me when i should be working. I could get this information over the phone.

An incredibly well run organisation.
Everyone is helpful and friendly it was an enjoyable experience from start to finish.
