They always give excellent service and advice.We have been using them to repair, service and MOT our cars for several years and found them to be honest and reasonable on price.

Absolute joke! Took my car in to sort vibrating brakes and steering fluid leak, 1 weeks later and almost £900 the give me the car back with a airbag light and the same brake issue. After insisting they fix the airbag issue I?m greeted a week later with a car that is full of water. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

Very dishonest garage, did not complete the job to manufacture specifications, cut corners and caused further issues, then would not honour their own guarentee. 1 star is too generous, avoid at all cost!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!! Overcharges, gives wrong diagnosis, wants to charge to put their mistakes right. Spent several weeks go back for things charged for and not fixed.

Not sure where the recent negative reviews come from but for us it was a perfect service. Last minute MOT panic, had to have it same day - we were accommodated, MOT done promptly - receptionist was very friendly. Good stuff - Thank You!

What a shame ! Been going to this Garage with all my cars for the last 15 years. Never had any issue with the work or the costing. Until recently. Took my old girl in for an mot and they spotted the trailing arm Bush that required replacing. Emmi advised me that they can be a bit of a problem so could not say how long. Ended up being over 500 to replace a Bush! With the mot. But hey he didn't give me a fixed price. But then my wife's car has just been in for a mot and again Emmi has picked up a broken spring and a CV boot. You think ok not too bad 140 for the spring fitted and 80 for a CV boot replacement plus mot I've seen worse. But 2 and a half hours later that 220 plus vat plus an MOT had inflated to 735 pounds for 2.5 hours work. How you may ask is that at all possible. It's possible by invoicing for individual jobs (parts and labour) instead of of pricing the job as a whole. Which in turn means your paying multiple times for the same hours labour. As others have already stated. Get a fixed price before the job is started or take it else where. Gutted I'm being forced to look else where for a new garage.

Beware, this was a good garage, but has been in a massive decline over the last 4 years.I do not like to leave negative reviews, but the way the owner Essi has acted over the last 2 weeks has made me want to warn any potential customers wanting to use his services.I have used this garage for over a decade. Over the last 4 years, every repair job Essi or his mechanics have undertaken, has left the car with a problem that was not what the car came in for.BMW broken front wing (cracked from leaning on it). Was in for fan replacement.BMW in for MOT leaves with a cracked hand brake button (superglued on)Toyota - paid him £1400 for brakes, pads, brake lines and fluids changed (all supplied by myself apart from fluids). The car still makes a ticking noise when turning. The car was with him for 4 weeks.And for the icing on the cake. The car was taken to Essi for an exhaust repair. I allowed him a week and didn't bother him. Upon enquiring about the car, he tells me that they have not been able to start it all week. His explanation was that 2 fuses had gone and cannot be pulled out 140A and 100A. The amount of current needed to do that gave me huge warning signs.I googled searched it and it took me 30 seconds to find out that these are fusible links and you need to remove a bolt from underneath, then they simply pull out. The picture they sent me showed they had butchered the fuses trying to pry them out.Another week and some arguments later I fully believed I was now being mugged off and that he was just going to keep my car there and not work on it. I ordered the parts myself and went down there today. I changed 6 fuses, the battery and the car still wouldn't start. Luckily the roadside recovery man was a saviour and had more automotive knowledge in his thumbnail than Essi and his crew. Ignition fuse had also blown.Professional opinion of 2 mechanics concluded that they had either been using the car to jump start other cars or they started to weld the exhaust without disconnecting the battery. Blowing alot of fuses and ruined the battery.Essi naturally thinks he's perfect and makes no mistakes and refused all responsibility.I suppose you can say that it was my fault I kept going back, but I trusted him. However, in 10 years I have seen a decent mechanic go to an absolute unprofessional crook. I have pictures and messages to prove.And to top it all off his Napoleon complex took over and he wanted to fight me physically. Well done Mr Hadad, you've outdone yourself!!In reply to your reply, in this case there is actually one side to the multiple stories I have given in this review. As I said, I was a customer with Essi for over 10 years, his lies and his sub par work are now evident to see. What would I want to contact the garage for again when he threatened me with violence on the last meeting.

Mot told me it can not leave mot as failed on both back pistons they billed me £140.when I checked them .so no new parts .don't go to that mot

Always get great service here! Staff are so friendly and helpful aswell, my partners car had suspension issues after hitting a pothole, booked in at last-minute and wasn't an issue at all, left the car with them for a couple days as needed new parts. They called to let us know that the work was completed and gave us a very reasonable price!!! They were even more understanding when we asked to pick the car up at the weekend due to the hours we work and wernt able to get the car of an evening! I highlyrecommend!

If you want to pay £350 for a oil change and MOT, then be my guest. The manager here threated me physically after I questioned his £200 price increase in one year. Safe to say I won't be going back here. Maybe get a solid price before going, by the looks of it though they don't even honour that.

Don't believe everything you read! , Essi and his team were recommended, my car broke down and it was the closest garage. I read the reviews and thought I would see for myself. Essi was extremely helpful (helped me push my car to his garage), he gave me a reasonable quote and associated timelines. I decided to take the gamble and his communication, professionalism and work done on my car was 5/5. I highly recommend this garage and I will be using them again.

Inexcusably unprofessional.While staff are generally friendly and helpful, the owner/director Mr Hadad has little or no consideration for customers and epitomises the out-dated idea of money grabbing mechanics. I was invoiced for work not completed and expected to pay again to complete the job. No discussion, no reason, simply a childish response 'I can't talk to you now'.For me it's not a big deal since my bank will recover the fraudulent charge as it's clear cut the work wasn't complete. But for others, I say just avoid the garage. There's a great alternative on Invincible Road, Farnborough with lots of reasonable people so I've learned my lesson and will stay with them.I very much doubt this organisation will be in business this time next year. What a shame.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - ESSI IS A THIEF. Used them over a couple of years then noticed excessive bills and unnecessary charging. Horn wasn't working, they 'fixed' it twice as it kept stopping. Still doesn't work. Essi refuses to admit to not fixing or fix it for free. Always excuses. £150 wasted. An auto-electrician sorted it out no problem.Prior to that, I took another car there to service air-con. They blow off the a/c valve, told me it was wear and tear, refused to fix it. Even though I said I'd pay for parts. So I paid him to blow up my air-con which worked fine before. Pathetic customer service. Wouldn't be surprised if they have broken other things when in for MOTs etc...
