“I have used Wellbeing pharmacy for many years and always found them to be really efficient in dealing with my repeat prescriptions. However they went over and above during the past couple of months - I was diagnosed with bowel cancer and they organised all my medications to be ordered before I had to be in hospital. Everything was delivered to me at home at short notice. I can't praise them enough for their assistance when I desperately needed help and was very poorly.”

I went to several other pharmacies in the area and I was ill informed about services provided for vulnerable elderly patients but Rowlands have been so supportive.People make mistakes and errors happen but as long as things are rectified, you can’t ask for more than that.”

“I registered at this pharmacy a few months ago when my previous one closed down - I followed the manager, Iain from my previous one has he'd been so helpful. I'm a complex patient with many prescriptions and the team here make it so easy for me - I get a text when my prescriptions are ready, the staff are always friendly and helpful and Iain goes out of his way to make sure I get my medication when I need it, which isn't always straightforward at the moment as there are supply issues with some of them. Highly recommended, the customer service is second to none.”

“Amazing caring and hard working staff in these difficult times , yes I waited for my prescription for longer than before covid 19 hit us , I've heard so much bad things said about the staff who are under pressure and don't seem to understand what goes on behind the scenes . Be patient with the staff please , the majority of the customers understand , but there is always the moaners who always seem to be more important than most . Turn a blind eye you wonderful hard working staff of Lloyds fleet you have always served me well with the upmost politeness and professional manner .
