Racist store. Started hiring minorities strictly on the basis of skin colour to just walk up and down a single aisle. Whilst REAL security handle things at the door. They arent doing anything, just staring at young girls and talking in their own language? I get asda wants to look woke and anti white like the rest of em desperate to go broke, but do the rest of the staff really not have a problem with brown people getting paid for nothing, whilst they sweat? One white lady literally working with a walking stick, cant she have the easy job of doing nothing, talking gibberish & standing still? Where have the new 'employees' come from by the way? Why does my local asda need 4 security guards all of a sudden? Didnt before? we are literally creating jobs for these people. Were the vacancies advertised to the public? If not, why? Where were these job creations when locals needed them? They also dont have any stock either, kids meals, all the same flavour etc. What a terrible store. use Morrisons, aldi, waitrose, they're all local & they arent funding your replacement. I'm angry because I went in for dinner & my two daughters got undressed with their eyes. Its just a bit too 'new Britain' for me thanks... Happening a lot in your stores at the moment isnt it..? What's new? The application process? The box ticking?

In the fresh departments it is a regular occurrence for stock to be short dated or indeed past it?s use by date. Stock rotation seems to be non existent. Bread still on the shelves after its use by date. On several occasions I have spoken to managers about it - a week later the same issues still exist. Empty shelves - I am not surprised the staff are unhappy as this all reflects on them. Me? I now use the Fareham store. I worked in the food/service industry for over 30 years and if I were in charge I would certainly look at the senior management within the store. If they can?t do their job properly get rid and employ replacements who can!!!

Not great don?t seem to order popular products in as normally out of stock car park seems to be used to dump untaxed and uninsured vehicles that belong to Tickover Auto Services on dock road

**Update as customers cannot reply to company replies on reviews which is a joke, my order numbers are: 7482315000113 and 3742340001240 I spoke to customer services on 03/07 @ 12:24pm for around 9 mins they said I would get the two refunds now I have recieved emails from customer services saying again they're rejected- awful service I normally spend £400+ a month at the Asda Gosport store but I will now shop elsewhere you have lost a loyal customer of over 16 years** --- I email and call customer services to make a complaint about a driver being very rude and being refused refunds for missing and damaged items, they refuse the refunds and steals your money when I flagged to a driver my dog food was missing he said I had to make the refund request online then that's refused and they ask for a photo? I have to take a photo of missing item? Worth £6.00 (Asda owes me around £20 in missing/damaged items and arriving later than my slot) the driver was an hour late you again get no update or new ETA I paid for a more expensive delivery slot again no refund!!! they don't even have the decency to give you an apology you phone customer services and they lie, store is awful lots of items on the shelves are out of date and not faced up like you should regularly do in shops, I use to spends £100s per month at this store I'm now going to take my business elsewhere to a decent supermarket waste of space!! Morrisons, Waitrose and Lidl will now be getting my money.

Unfortunately this store has gone downhill rapidly. 0930 on a Saturday morning and the fresh fruit and veg shelves are still being filled, loads of empty shelves. This is EVERY Saturday! Prices on shelves not relevant to what is actually on that shelf. What is happening? I now go to Morrisons after using Asda all my life!
