I have phoned up Brune Pharmacy for the past three days and got through at position three down to two then told they are busy with a customer, please phone back later. I phoned again straight away and was told I was in position six, so how come my call was ended yet more people joined the queue. How many times do they expect us to phone back and be treated in this disgusting manner. I have been told by a nurse in the Willow group to contact you for my Booster COVID vaccination as I have a lung disease and also 74 years old and require my booster. Is this another Government ploy to get rid of the elderly.K Robinson.
