Brilliant customer service!I bought one of their marble runs but a vital piece snapped while we were assembling it.A couple of emails and they sent a complete replacement set of the pop-out wooden pieces. If only every business was as helpful as this one!

I have a copy of Masquerade, a game released by Cheatwell but which is no longer in their list. When I told them I didn't have a copy of the rules for the game, they responded within hours with a pdf version. Any company with that level of support deserves the five stars I gave them.
