Awful service, even with an appointment still running late, the robust woman did my acrylics, she rushed them, done and dusted in 20 mins, they looked terrible, wonky colouring, chunky acrylic bits everywhere, and my skin was so sore for days after, when she was done she literally just walked away from me, said nothing, left me sat there, then the lad said, 'your done, go wash your hands' they only take cash, so dodgy anyway, bit they don't tell you that till the end, they don't let you leave to get cash, hear to set up a back transfer to someone, they are so overpriced compared to my usual salon, who do a cracking job. When I complained I was told to go back in due will do them again for £10 , which obviously I want going to do, hey texts were so rude too... Do not go here, cheaper and far better in Fareham high street..

Rushed experience. The person doing my nails looked like she couldn't be bothered and told me that I can't have more then 1 colour (proberly because she couldn't be bothered).This isn't because I showed up for a walk in and they had no time, I had a pre-booked appointment. I ended up getting something I didn't want. Found the experience rude, unprofessional and have come out with nails that are not what I asked for.

I went there today for a half 5 appointment and I asked for one white one purple one white ect pattern and they done them all purple.. made me bleed and was very rough on the nail file and most of them are sticking up... used to get my nails done here all the time and never had problems but now I have and I'm not very impressed.. getting them done somewhere else from now onService: Nail extensions

Got my nails done for prom. They look messy where nail polish has been missed and uneven. Staff were on their phone the whole time and took over an hour to complete the set. Will not be going back.
