Friendly staff & very helpful however we did not find what we wanted here. I would recommend to anyone as they actually take the time to talk through options and they also install and remove old units , the whole process basically.

Highly recommend. Needed a new oven, which wasn't a standard size. John came out to measure and discuss options. Following week my new oven was installed.Professional, helpful, knowledgeable and good communication throughout.

Very friendly and patient staff that are very obliging. You can order an appliance and if it's in stock they can sometimes deliver and install the same or next day.

Totally awesome, Customer service from start to finish is brilliant, bought all my appliances from there for my new kitchen and when we were ready for them they came and fitted everything and took all our old ones away . 10/10 to theses guys .

Excellent service from South Coast Appliances. Brought a washing machine and dishwasher with the advice and support of Jamie, on a Saturday, was advised it could be delivered on Monday. Phone call 2 hours later to say it can be delivered on the Saturday.
Craig and Darryl promptly delivered and installed new appliances hassle free.
Highly recommend, great friendly, knowledgeable and professional service.

Brought a new machine today at 9am and was delivered on the same day just after 11am. Very helpful and knowledgeable and was able to install the new and remove the old.

A week ago we went in the Stoke Road store, where the Staff Member was helpful, polite, answered our questions.We placed an order, arrangements were made for fitting the new hob/oven, the items are paid for.The delivery day arrived, the oven came in already unboxed.Looked very much like the one from the showroom, that the Salesman ensured us wouldn't be the case, when we ordered...The give away was the cable that had a very distinct mark on it...On inspection a dent low on the back, suspiciously the size & shape of toe protection on a working boot that both the fitters were wearing.The top of the oven had been pushed down (another dent) at the front by 10 to 15mm & a screw was missing.One of the fitter said the toe shaped dent wouldn't affect its working & the top dent he suggested was due to flamsy metal & would have probably arrived like it...They did unbox the hob in our house, but that had small scratch's around each of the heating plates, these were made in the manufacturing process...When the fitters repacked the hob, No care or attention to how the package was used.The jigsaw they were going to use to trim the worktop, had the live pin on the plug missing & didn't work.The fitter used the secondhand 13amp plug that was going to be use on the new oven was then use to fix their jigsaw.How do we know the plug was pre-used, due to the fact the lead had been cut off with 50mm sticking out from the clamp.We refused the items.The day after rejecting the goods we went to South Coast Appliances, how different this Salesman was.He did say that items from the showroom were sold to customers as matter of course.The only reason South Coast Appliances received 3 Star review is due to the Sale Assistant talking us out of spending our money there, with a 'Who Cares' Attitude. Suggesting there will be another 'mug' sorry another customer along in a minute!

Bought a washing machine back in October 2019. Great products fast delivery and free installation. Again bought a fridge freezer back last month (January 2022). Again great service, products and fast delivery.

Oven packed up on Monday. Phoned and ordered one they can deliver on Wednesday. As requested they called before turning up. Craig and Daryl removed the old one, installed the new one and left no rubbish behind. Craig and Daryl were both professional, friendly and efficient.
