The whole experience of buying a new Volvo from Cambridge Garage has put all my previous car purchases into the shade.From the very start, James and the rest of the team made us feel welcome and that nothing was an effort. Unlike other places, nothing seemed too much trouble (quickly answering phone and email queries, very relaxed attitide to test drives "take as long as you want", being made to feel valued).After a not-excessive wait the handover, despite the rain, was also an enjoyable experience. Again, welcoming and personable, and Megan's breadth of knowledge during the technical handover and setup impressed even a hardened petrolhead like myself.Based on this experience, I'm confident that the ongoing experience of owning a Volvo, in partnership with the team at Cambridge Garage, will be equally as pleasurable.Thank you to the whole team.

A great experience test driving an EX30. A nice friendly welcome by reception, before handing over to Martin, who we dealt with arranging the test drive. Good communication by email prior to the day, and Martin was friendly, knowledgeable and a courteous, professional manner observed throughout. Many thanks, we ordered one a few days later!

Service above and beyond. I have nothing but praise for this Volvo dealership, and I have used a few - much better than my expectations, which is rare today. Adam in sales went the extra mile in finding exactly what i wanted - his attention to service was the best I have come across. Definitely the best sales, handover and after sales service I have experienced (and this is my 10th Volvo) - just wish I had found this dealer years ago (and they are not local to me either). Thoroughly recommended.

Had a great experience with Volvo Cambridge garage. Bought a used 2023 (1 year old) xc60 T6 which I adore driving. I Had been to about 6 different Volvo dealerships (all over) to find one but Cambridge garage were the best to deal with and were selling a car which was in great condition regarding engine, body, battery etc. It was also very well priced. I bought the car from James who is brilliant and kindly responded to about a million questions, emails and requests. He?s super responsive, non pushy and basically I trust him which goes a very long way in the car business. I was allowed as many test drives as I wanted and was given the keys and left to drive it myself which gave me space and time to get to know the car without the pressure of a dealer onboard. This meant I could listen out for any potential issues and test the car on different road types. On the day of collection I had a great in-depth run through of the cars technicalities and features by Megan who is also great and incredibly knowledgeable about Volvos. I really love my car and although I?m based in London I?m glad I went all the way to Havant to make the purchase as I do totally trust Cambridge Garage. I was allowed to speak with the head tech/mechanic Drew regarding service history which basically helped clinch the sale as he?s been working for Volvo for 20 years and knows his stuff. I know the service department there is tip top. Will be back there for 2 year service. Many thanks Richard.

Adam provided an excellent service during my purchase of an XC60 T6 recharge. From a prompt video to sorting all the details the car was picked up 6 days after the beginning of the process. A really comprehensive handover as well. Would have no hesitation at recommending him and this dealership if you want superb service.

I purchased an ex-demonstrator Volvo from James who could not have done a better job, I live 90 miles away so I arranged to visit the dealership to test drive the car. When I arrived I was made to feel very welcome and comfortable. I agreed a deal and collected the car the following weekend. All through the process I was kept up to date on progress. On collection day again everything was ready, we did the paperwork then I was introduced to Megan who showed me how to use the car. This included linking all of my google, spotify etc. Without Megan showing me I would still be trying to do it a week later ! Seriously Megan has excellent product knowledge and her handover was one of the best I have experienced, I dont say this lightly having spent 25 years in the motor trade. I would recommend Cambridge Garage Havant to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Volvo.
