Amazing atmosphere, warm and welcoming. All staff are kind, compassionate and caring. Collette is the best councillor I have ever had and has helped me become a better person and be able to express my emotions and open up a lot more. Would highly recommend Off The Record over any other mental health service.

From Off The Record
Off The Record is a charity offering suport to 11-25 year olds in the Havant Borough area of Hampshire.
We offer two types of service; one-to-one counselling and group support consists sessions to teach self-coping techniques.
We also offer in-school presentations and sessions, drop-ins and a program for young carers.
Whilst waiting for counselling our Support Workers contact the young person weekly, to listen and provide information resource that may be of help.
We also offer counselling to parents/family of the young person.
