Would not recommend ever purchasing fish from here as we were sold 3 sick and injured fish. We usually go to a reputable fish store locally but decided to get my son some new fish from here a few weeks ago and when I got home to set the fish in our tank one of the platys he had sold us had a very obvious patch of fin rot on his tail which I had to go out and purchase treatment for immediately, one of the corydoras he sold us was tiny and sluggish when moving and died 48 hours after purchase. We then went to purchase some white cloud mountain minnows to add in 3 days later and one of them had an obviously bent back that affected his swimming and he died after only 5 days. Honestly really disappointed in the service and lack of knowledge from the staff member who sold us clearly sick and injured fish, never been sold a sickly fish from any other store and the fact the staff did this is quite upsetting, the fin rot was impossible to miss as were the other twos ailments. I don't feel they look after their livestock well given what we've experienced and would not ever purchase animals from there again.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL AND DISGUSTING STAFF. I was refused service because I'm pregnant. I tried to explain to the woman I already have pets, and it's not an issue, but she has already made her judgement. I have never felt so bad about myself while shopping and was in absolute tears leaving the store. This isn't the first time something like this has happened in that store. I'm an animal lover, and my pregnancy shouldn't be a reason for the refusal of a small pet.
