The AA did not wanted to help us, we stranded at Hook Type service. First thing in the morning, one of the salesmen drove us to our car, with a pump, so we could get our car to the garage. Changed the tyre immediately. Friendly guys and immediate service. Nothing more, nothing less. Currently arrived safely in Calais. Many thanks! ?

Took my car in today with a flat tyre and was met with rude and abrupt staff and to top it off was sent away with out being helped and told it's not flat. It's still flat and undrivable because it's got a PUNCTURE!! I'm not a mechanic and I could see that the tyre was obviously flat, so cheers for your help Hook Tyre Service Ltd
