I recently started using Innovation after being let down by my previous hairdressers. I?m really glad I changed, Abbie is so lovely and always makes me feel welcome. It?s a lovely relaxed environment with friendly staff, you got a lovely hot drink and treat and you can tell the staff really care about you and your hair. Abbie does a great job with my hair and the head massage is an added bonus. I definitely recommend this salon!

Highly recommended! Such a lovely salon with friendly staff. I had a lumifacial with Niamh and it was actually more relaxing than I imagined. The results were perfect, my skin felt and looked amazing!

Really friendly staff, never feel rushed and out of the door. Immaculate results, had a simple French manicure and it looks so elegant. Never had a bad experience here. Would 100% recommend.

Innovation is a welcoming and friendly hairdressers, nothing is too much trouble for them. Kate is very professional, kind and friendly and an excellent hairdresser!

Been going to Innovations for a few years now for waxing and nails. Love the environment and everyone who works there is very friendly. I mostly see Kayley who is brilliant and always knows what i like. Niamh and Meg are also amazing.

I recently had my curly hair styled by Wendy - one of Innovation?s curly hair specialists. Great cut, and held its shape beautifully. Clearly Wendy knows what she is doing when it comes to curly hair. Highly recommend and will be going back.

Kate always trims my hair brilliantly. She listens to what I ask for, checks with me at each stage, and creates a marvellous shape. She is just what you want from a hairdresser, pleasant, professional and competent. I highly recommend her.
