Avenue Road pharmacy is closed 13h00-14h00 and weekends and High Street Pharmacy is closed 12h30-13h30. So if you're a working person and trying to get a prescription or OTC medicines in your lunch break - too bad. It would have been helpful if these two branches could have staggered their lunchtime closures to not overlap.

Decent Boots.Came here to speak to the pharmacist. I waited for about 5 minutes and he came and gave some useful advice. Friendly.

Never any staff to help or serve. Pharmacy is quite good in comparison!

Despite its small size, this is a good Boots store with a large number of different medicines for different ailments, electrical items (such as toothbrushes and razors), beauty products and makeup, perfume and aftershave, baby products, toiletries and a small section selling food items. There is a pharmacy in store (whilst using it rarely as my local pharmacy is closer, the staff here are helpful). The store itself is kept clean, and staff have always been friendly and helpful if I've needed any assistance.

Had a great experience at Boots Opticians in Lymington today. The staff were very friendly and professional. It?s a beautifully clean and well designed store with a very extensive range of different styles. I had a thorough eye test from David who explained everything in detail as well as being polite and friendly. On entering the store I was greeted by Hannah with a beautiful smile who made me feel very welcome. Preliminarily tests were done by Hannah also. Kelsey and Georgette were also on hand to advise. All in all I would thoroughly recommend Boots Opticians in Lymington for a very friendly and thorough service ???

Same old Boots, as per every high street in the UK. However, was disappointed here at the state of this particular outlet: dusty shelves; loads of rubbish under the tills at the front. All visible from the front windows! Perhaps some of those overpriced vitamin supplements you sell may help to help motivate your minimum wage staff to rise from the apparent lethargy and tidy up after themselves. My ex girlfriend's car was in a less state than this. Seriously though, this is not keeping in with the rest of this lovely high street. Shame Boots, and please also pay your fair share of Tax! The NHS desperately needs all the help it can get.I expect this store to sparkle upon next visit.

Helpful staff but oh the queues for prescriptions. If one is not feeling well or is chronically sick it must be daunting

What can I say? No nasty surprises in this well stocked branch of Boots. Located about half way up/down in Lymington High Street it affords tourist and resident alike the comfortingly familiar bathroom cabinet experience - except it's a bathroom cabinet on super steroids. Everything to dab, rub, swoosh and wallow in is laid out for the delectation of those wishing to perfect and soothe, transform and cure. It's all here ladies and gentlemen, miracles to make you look 21 again in the form of gels and creams by the shelf load. Make-up to boost confidence, and tantalising fragrances to create another dimention to your presence anywhere you go. Medications to revive, resuscitate and rejuvenate and none contain snake oil, mystical fungus excreted by small shrubs in sub-Saharan Africa or salves carefully blended from herbs by blind pigmy goats in a South Tibetan village. This is Boots at its traditional best! (Minus the books and pictures once available from c 1950-1974). And perhaps most relevant: prescriptions can be submitted and medications provided. What's not to like?

Well it took a long time to be seen as never have enough staff to cover lunch time when most people are on lunch break is when they call in
