Bought a fresh Garlic baguette today. Fail to understand why the cooking instructions are for a frozen baguette? Barely enough garlic butter....poor and disappointing!!

I went into the store with my boyfriend to buy fish for a ceviche meal we were planning. I spent some time in the fish aisle looking between my phone reading a recipe & seeing what fish was available. Meanwhile I was aware that a lady who worked there was staring at us! After 5 mins of deliberation I realised there wasn?t the correct ingredients from the recipe I was looking at and put the item in my hand back in the shelf then headed for the exit to head to Waitrose instead! We were followed by the female employee and my boyfriend was asked to open his bag so she could look inside!!!! I had already exited and turned to see what was going on so I returned and was asked to see what was in my bag!!! She was acting as tho we had burgled the store and talking to us like we had done it! I told her I was feeling incredibly anxious and thought it was totally outrageous that we were be accused of theft! She continued to tell me with two other employees standing either side of her looking angrily at me that people have been stealing regularly from the store and that?s why she accused us of theft! I replied but you didn?t see us acting strange or attempting to steal anything so why the hell would you accuse us!I?m absolutely disgusted by this entire experience! Ive never stolen or been accused of theft ever in my entire life! We were both carrying bags worth thousands of pounds and clearly don?t need to be stealing some fish worth £5!!!!!! I?m in Lymington for a few days on holiday and it has really ruined my time here!My boyfriend is black there were plenty of other shoppers in the store who were white that did get asked if there were stealing. I think you can imagine how we feel!We won?t be returning to this store again after this treatment!

Just been to Lymington and that has just put money into the parked up on a rainy afternoon. Visibility poor so not able to see the sign for parking. We payed at what we thought was the correct parking machine. Only to find it was a council machine andSubsequently we got a parking ticket for £50.As a visitor whi has just spent money in the town I am disgusted and won't be recommending it to friends.

We always love m&s, and not just for the percy pigs! Great gourmet food. We docked up for a posh camping trip including delicious porridge, egg fried rice, yummy drinks, and snacks for the road. Thank you for airways providing great quality food.

This is a small M&S FoodHall in Lymington. As with all M&S Stores the products are of good quality. There is also a small but very pleasant cafe, unfortunately not open at present due to Covid restrictions.There is M&S own Car Park and adjacent public Car Park.We shop there frequently.

Very efficient. Felt adequate Covid secure measures were taken. Lynn our cashier was particularly friendly and efficient. Really good to see counters being wiped down thoroughly.

For a small store they get as much choice available on the shelves. Never leave empty handed. You need to be early for those fresh bakery treats!

Ccs dept. Collection. I and another lady had to wait for 8 minutes then I actually had to find someone in store. When he arrived he was apologetic for our wait but took my name found my parcel. Not the best of service could impro e.
