“We regularly use Waitrose in Lymington, for our weekly family shopping, and often use the Cafe there too. We find the staff friendly and helpful, and although, occasionally, the availability isn’t great, we always find an alternative that suits us. More recently, we have used the ‘click and collect’ option, and today I was pleasantly impressed with the results. Glen, the chap who was on duty, was very helpful and friendly, and made the experience that little more enjoyable. As long as the customer service standards remain, I’m pretty sure we’ll keep shopping here… thank you.”

“We always love m&s, and not just for the percy pigs! Great gourmet food. We docked up for a posh camping trip including delicious porridge, egg fried rice, yummy drinks, and snacks for the road. Thank you for airways providing great quality food.”

“Geographically ....close to home.. Not my first choice of shopping for groceries..Really needs a Deep clean and too many shelf fillers when store open and busy with customers having to negotiate product trollies !”

“Staff are always happy and willing to help customers, I just wish their mask policy was a bit tighter. Unfortunately with everything going on with Covid, they should be telling customers to wear a mask or they can not shop here. Love the staff. Always pleasant and polite. Lovely local store. Xx”
