Been shopping here over 5 yrs - pleasant shopping, nice staff and decent cafe. Only 2 things put me off: the pricing strategy, and the experience of dispensing the complementary coffee. Nowadays I have to ask my husband to push the shopping cart all the way to the coffee machine to be seen we have shopped. Otherwise, I had been approached by staff before and voluntarily produced a receipt. Today, my husband dispensed the coffee, trollied with him a near £40 purchase, I took over the mug to stir the coffee properly and wipe down spills, and I receive a "look" from the partner staff at the till next to it. She must be assigned to do the lookout. If it won't for these 2 irritations, my rating would likely be 5.

Everyone was friendly here my 1st time it won't be the last. Big thank you to the ladies on the Cheese department they were helpful Smiley 5*and a credit to the company, they made my day. Will return for sure.

Lovely big Waitrose with plenty of staff. It's clean and tidy, well laid out and well organised. The deli discounts were looking very good by 4pm! Very nice store.

Similar to other Waitrose, in my experience, they are all very good. Lymington is large enough to hold a variety of stock. Excellent parking.

Good service with a smile ! Nothing to much trouble if you ask about products you can't find ...also space to get round the shop not to cramped so all good .

We regularly use Waitrose in Lymington, for our weekly family shopping, and often use the Cafe there too. We find the staff friendly and helpful, and although, occasionally, the availability isn?t great, we always find an alternative that suits us. More recently, we have used the ?click and collect? option, and today I was pleasantly impressed with the results. Glen, the chap who was on duty, was very helpful and friendly, and made the experience that little more enjoyable. As long as the customer service standards remain, I?m pretty sure we?ll keep shopping here? thank you.

We spent 2.5 hours there at the café and doing shopping which was already overpriced. Then they give us a £70 parking fine. What the hell is that? We were in the shop the entire time AND that's way too much of a charge. That's scummy.

Recently a lot of the shelves are empty as you are greeted and at the end of isles and particularly vegetables. One particular morning I went and there were no tomatoes at all!!

A surprisingly large Waitrose with a wider range than, say, the Romsey store. Nice cafe.
