We really enjoyed our visit, stayed at Forest Lodge across the road and came with our young kids for dinner. Despite there being quite a few things off the menu, the service was great, really friendly staff, and the food was excellent. Loved the wide choice of kids meals. We had a lovely lunchtime meal. Only reason I've not given 5 stars is that there were a few things on their standard menu that they were out of, but we weren't told in advance so ended up being slightly disappointed to only be told that they were out of them when we ordered them.
