Second attempt in the last 6 months to get face to face for genuine issues. One wonders if there actually any back office staff. Again after two days we had to resort to hospital services, which were excellent. What is the point of this place if no one is home?

Very useless and unreliable. They have the most stupid booking system and for someone who works odd hours and is unable to call at set times it's makes it impossible to get an appointment. Equally don't have endless time to faff about with online booking forms! Why is it so flipping hard to get to see a human doctor in person!!

Today was my first experience at this Surgery and I have to say I was very impressed. The staff were very friendly and helpful, but I have to single out Dr Rashid who showed a genuine ability listen to me, and a desire to help me.

I was very impressed with the help given by Rachel in reception when I enquired about reporting and collating adverse reaction/s to the Covid vaccine.Although Lyndhurst surgery does not collate feedback, she dutifully and efficiently, researched the appropriate contact details for me to register my feedback.Thank you RachelLance McArdell

Fantastic surgery. Always had an appointment in good time if it is urgent. Never been kept waiting long and phone is answered quickly always. Staff are all friendly.

The doctors are very good but unfortunately the receptionist can only book you a telephone call and you have to wait 3 to 4 weeks for that even when the doctor said he wants to see you face to face on a certain date the receptionist says you can?t it looks to me like the receptionist have more power than the doctors because they are not listening to what the doctors have told their patients which is a bit worrying and receptionist haven?t had any experience in medical matters I was told she couldn?t book me in on a date because it was not on my notes Very disappointed and I wrote a letter to the doctor asking him to clarify matters

I am new to Lyndhurst and have been to the surgery for checkups for my asthma condition and a throat infection. On both occasions the staff have been great and the Doctors I saw were very professional and considerate.

My daughter and her son were in Lyndhurst looking after my house, my daughters son whom is Three came up with suspected chicken pox, with no way of getting out of Lyndhurst. She called the surgery (she had been registered there previously ) and they refused to see her son.Was told to get a bus to Totton surgery. To be honest I think this is disgraceful, we have had issues with this surgery before from diagnosis that was completely wrong; to giving myself medication for terminal patients (I'm not terminal) also all we have ever got from the staff is rude conversations and blunt answers. I think something should be done about this surgery

Brilliant surgery, fantastic staff, but check the practice's website for opening times, Google times are almost right but don't mention the surgery closes for lunch 1-2pm.
