This is a quaint Alice in Wonderland themed Tea Room towards the top of the High Street in Lyndhurst. The top of the menu Cheshire Cat breakfast was more of a challenge than I expected, but I did manage to finish it. Food quality was good. Service was good too. Toilets are outside and had an antique feel, but were clean and working nicely. There's outdoor seating too, at the back of the building. I enjoyed my visit here. It was a nice surprise to find a tea room like thisParking: Use the main car park in Lyndhurst which is a few 100m away. Don't even think about on-street parking.Kid-friendliness: It's very child friendly but not to the extreme. Adults will be comfortable here too.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair or car-boot scooter access is possible, but it may be awkward at busy times as the dining area is quite compact. Toilets are also potentially tricky to access if mobility is significantly impaired.

Mid. Not great. Feels cheap but prices don?t reflect that. Little too tacky and a bit meh for me. Wouldn?t go again

We only popped in for a drink, so I can't comment on the food. This cafe is really quirky, the Alice in Wonderland theme is throughout the cafe, with teapot lights hanging from the ceiling. I would imagine this would be a wonderful venue for a child's party.

We popped in for coffee and cake yesterday (Saturday) and were greeted by a wonderful, creative cafe 'down the rabbit hole!' The two girls serving were so helpful when we requested their gluten free options. We had lemon drizzle cake, the flavour was devine but it was a little dry than expected. My daughter who is GF had the GF carrot cake and that was truly scrumptious. We really enjoyed the roof terrace, super quirky and full of character. The additional fancy dress hats added a laugh. The coffee all round was great (and the milkshakes too). Our table was cleaned as we arrived but we couldn't all help but agree that the toilets needed a good scrub. The tiles were filthy and it needed a good bleaching around and mop. This may have been a busy Saturday for them but regular checks might help. The dirt on the tiles was not fresh. Overall, our experience was a really good one and we don't want the criticism of the toilets to put anyone off, just helpful feedback. We didn't buy hot food, but the menu looked really good. The ladies beside us ordered food and it looked delicious!

Excellent time here. My family ordered two build-your-own waffles, one build-your-own pancake and a plate of baked potatoes, and they all came out so appetising and tasty. Would definitely come here again.

Good value decent food. Lovely terrace outside with Alice in wonderland themed decorations which keep the children entertained. Lots of choice of pancake toppings! Also did vegan pancakes which was good for one of our group with egg allergies.

I found this cafe while having a look around the area for places to eat. I?m a Disney fan so was drawn to this place. It is amazingly themed. The staff there were friendly, service with a smile. They offered us a table and took our order. Food came out pretty quick and tasted good. We ordered a jacket potato with beans which came with a salad and coleslaw. We also ordered a ham and cheese toasty which came with crisp, salad and coleslaw. The hot chocolate was really good! The tea came in an Alice in Wonderland themed style. Would love to visit again if I come back to the area.

We dropped in for a bite to eat last Saturday when Lyndhurst was basked in a Mid-July downpour. Loved the qwerky look of the place and the interior theming was nice and not overdone. Sadly the characterful roof terrace wasn't really tempting in the rain but looked like it would be a nice spot on a sunny day. The staff were fantastic and seated sven of us no issue and no booking. The food was to a good standard and the portion sizes were fair. All in all a top little find for a spot of lunch when in the Forest's Capitol ??
